Rhoan bit his lip, and peered down at the letter. The handwriting and seal were all the same as his. He looked from her, "Unless you intend on slapping the King into submission I'm not sure what a rude waitress can add to our group."

Vozalynn took a moment to observe the group. Everyone there was way taller than her, obviously. The waitress and the apple juice boy looked quite a bit younger than the rest of them. Overall, it was a very diverse group. This should be an interesting adventure.

“Not to interrupt any fights or anything, but I heard something about letters?” Louis asked, standing at the table, warily eyeing a waitress and dwarf.

She glared at the waitress, ignoring the apple juice boy. "Short-girl? You do not use the word short in that context to describe a dwarf. Occasionally, you may use it to say that a dwarf is shorter than someone else but you absolutely do not call a dwarf short. Especially to their face."
