"What! That's so cool! I don't do much, mostly study, though I make and sell things online. What do you write about?

"I guess I'll be here for a while," mumbled Tyler to himself, quietly sipping a hot chocolate. He browsed his phone, looking at everyone's happy, perfect Instagram lives and wishing it was just that simple for him.

"Um, just kinda romance and contemporary shit.Rainbow Rowell is like my idol so if I ever got to write like her that would be fucking amazing. What stuff do you make though?"

D; I DON'T WANNA MAKE MITCHELL SAD!! POOR BABY

"All sorts of things. I do a lot of jewelry and wirework, but I also dabble in fabrics and sewing little trinkets. Nothing too fancy. Your writing is cool though! Also, out of curiosity, what brings you to this cafe?"

"Um, I was supposed to meet someone here but they never showed. I spend half my life here anyways reading books and consuming way too much coffee."

"What about you though? I haven't seen you around here much"

Adrik sat there, watching as Michael set up his things, a smile spread across his blushing face.

Michael went about setting up, going back and forth between playing the drums, guitar, or just singing. He looked up a moment and couldn't help but grin to himself at the look on Adrik's face. He picked up the guitar and went through a few sheets of music before finding Just One Yesterday by Fallout Boy. He picked it up and put it on the stand. "Right. I can do this," he said to himself quietly as he sat down with the guitar

Adrik leaned forward, chuckling a bit when Michael spoke to himself, although he wasn't sure what he said. He rested his head in his hand, his dark brown eyes shimmering with excitement.

Michael looked at the sheet music, anxiety slowly creeping up on him. He took a breath. He was already up here, so he might as well try. He strummed a few notes, quietly clearing his throat. "I thought of angels, choking on their halos, get them drunk on rose water…"

Adrik watched Michael nervously start the song, giving him a small smile, he shot him a thumbs up, winking. When he began to sing, Adrik blushed, to him Michael had a beautiful singing voice, he had now idea what he was talking about before.

Michael felt a wide, dorky grin spread over his face as he sang, trying not to mess up on the high notes. "See how dirty I can get them pulling out their fragile teeth, and clip their tiny wings…"

Adrik chuckled quietly, watching as Michael sang, brushing a strand of his shoulder length black hair behind his ear, smirking at the confidence that the singer had found.

"A friend recommended this place to me. I think she was trying to get me out of the house more. I'm sorry the person you were waiting for never showed though. That's not fun."

Tyler noticed a person with long brown hair sitting all alone. As Tyler began to turn back to his hot drink, he recognised the person - he'd seen him on his friend Billie's Instagram.
Walking over to them, Tyler asked, 'Hey, do you know Billie?'

Mitchell jerked awake, looking over at the person that was speaking to him, confused. "What? Who? Where am I?"
