"I'm –uh– an I-insomniac s-so I stay up a-and write." She explained

He smiled "writing about what, if you don't mind sharing." He nudged Ridley's head with a gentle hand as he listened "maybe you could help me with writing."

"Anything. I-I'm writing a-a story about a s-space e-exploration c-crrew. I can-can maybe a-assist you in w-riting." She said, fiddling with her fingers.

He nodded that sound really cool. So you like space and stars too huh?" He asked with a smile

"M-more like it-the c-concept out-of the unknown. " she said, sitting cross-legged on the bed

He smiled and looked at the girl in admiration "exactly my thoughts. I'll be right back. Comet do you mind staying with her while I find something?"

Comet barked and laid at her feet, waiting

Lucas rummaged through his things until he found the book. he glanced at the poster with a sad smile, taking it with him last minute. "Alright. I don't know if this'll help but it's all my stuff on Astronomy and the stars. Think you can draw inspiration from any of this?"

Aspen lit up "t-this is a-amazing!" She said taking the book and flipping through

He smiled "I'll take that as a yes." He sat on the ground next to comet and flipped through a book

Aspen read the book cover to cover twice before looking up and realizing that the sin had gone down and it was almost time for dinner. She stood up and stretched before getting a sip of water.

Lucas had fallen asleep on the floor, clutching a book. His head rested on Comet and his other arm was on Ridley's back.

Aspen came back to see him on the floor sleeping and chuckled softly. She grabbed the tray with her food and opened it up before turning back to the boy. She covered him with a light blanket and went back to her food. She took off the lids of the food and started eating.

Ridly stood and stretched, making sure not to disturb Lucas. She jumped up next to Aspen, looking for some food.
Lucas stirred in his sleep but did not wake up. He did this a couple more times but could not seem to move anymore than a leg or an arm

Aspen Took a peice of chicken and put it in front of the animal and continued eating

Ridley ate up and meowed for more.
Jasper started to gasp in his sleep, as if he couldn't get air into his system
