Guys. I'm feeling sleep deprived today

So I'm in my school's musical and this week is tech week, starting today. Today we were supposed to report at 6 and have rehearsal until 9. So imagine the shock when one of the directors sends an email to less than half the cast. My friend was one of those people, so she sent me a picture. Sent at 9:47 this morning, this changed all of the call times for the rest of the week & performances. So I have to find a ride to get there at 4:30. Until 9. On a school night. I have homework. I'm sick of this because this happens all the time. I really like being on musicals but next year I'm just going to be in the orchestra. This makes our band directors seem like perfect planners.
And my family is going to jungle jims today. I don't get to go because I have to fracking stay here and wait for a ride.

Why did all the seats in the back have to be taken. I'm now in the front ahhhhhhhhhhhh

Oof. My bus driver doesn't like me, so I have to sit in the back or I get a series of glares.

Basically I say in the front and people around me started vaping and having some… Interesting? Conversations. My music couldn't drown them out.

Though the girl I sat with gave me chocolate. But I believe she was paying me not to really tell anyone.

I never really go on the bus unless for field trips at school or on the city bus. Which the latter, I don’t mind. I stopped going on the school bus when I was younger because they missed my stop every single time. I started going again a few years ago but then I stopped so I could give my friend a ride home with my grandma. The rules though for my school bus weren’t many but it was unsaid that if you were in an older grade you typically should sit near the back. Oldest grades (grade 8) could kick people out of the back. It was..a weird system.

Then of course when I went on my graduation trip my class was really small compared to the other classes. Only about 8 of us so we just stayed in one section of the bus. Usually near the front of the bus so we could get out easy. Though the very front was reserved to the adults.

I also never really knew anyone who vaped until I started going to high school. Even then, people only really vape in this one spot outside the school, and you’re in big trouble if you get caught doing it inside.

But anyways, what’s a thing that kinda disturbs me (and I know I can’t tell people what to do, but..) is how many people at my school smoke. Underage people, who typically had the same education as I did, smoking cigarettes. I mention education because growing up, I was exposed to a lot of information on smoking, and why you shouldn’t do it. I had a parent who was a former smoker. He quit. My grandma? Used to smoke. She quit. Still have family members either trying to quit or still smoking, though. It’s just something I see when I go to school every morning, and leave each afternoon, and it really makes me upset for some reason.

I'm really tired of idiots vaping in the bathrooms. Like seriously, that's one of the biggest moods I've ever heard mojack, I understand your struggle.

I hate people who smoke and vape. Those idiots! They know it's bad for them! They know what could happen! Every time I see them I want to hurt them because I have an unhealthy hate towards people who smoke! I shouldn't be so upset. My best friend used to smoke and I know that smoking doesn't automatically make you a bad person. The reason I hate so much is that I know they're going to suffer because of it and I feel bad, but instead of sadness what comes to me is anger. And… I used to be friends with a lot of people who smoked. One of them developed lung cancer and died. And they all kept smoking even though she was gone! It's like she wasn't even there! I wanted to hurt them. And I kinda did. They knew exactly what happened to her and the least they could do is put down the fricking cigarettes!! I hate them all!!

Um… I'm sorry. I guess this is the venting space.

…Normally I would try and make things better or spread positivity but I 100% agree with you there.
(Although smoking/vaping is apparently very addictive so it would be hard for people to simply quit, however they could at least make an effort to stop their addiction…)

She was gone… and they didn't care enough to stop… they didn't care enough to stop so I wouldn't lose anyone else… so that everyone in their lives who cared about them wouldn't have to lose them.
