"I am indeed. Would you be interested?" He calls gently, smiling a little bit on the phone. "What time would you like to come check out the house?" He asks curiously as he grabbed a notebook. "Along with your name and your phone number, if that's alright?"
"yes… My name is Robin. My phone number is the one calling you now." He said making sure that he said everything at a normal speed and not mumbling into the phone. "Um any time works today."
"Hmm… I'm free about three o'clock. Would that work, Robin?" He asks curiously, writing it down in a journal. He smiles a little. "And is there anything you're wondering about the house that you're wondering as of now, or do you want to see the house first?" He asks curiously.
(sorry for taking awhile to respond I was celebrating my brother's birthday)
"Um. No I don't think there was anything I was wondering. I… I guess I'll see you later." He said then hung up. Honestly he hated phone calls his self confidence was already low they just made it lower.
He nods and hangs up as well. Asher stood and began to clean around the house, making sure it would look clean and somewhat livable for the other. Although, Asher was a clean freak.
Robin went to his dorm room to try to help make himself more presentable. When he got in there he looked around for the makeup he used to cover up the scar on his neck. Thankfully he hadn't ran out yet. He reapplied it then changed into a long sleeve shirt. He wanted to make a good impression and cover up all his scars and burns to help that.
Asher hums softly, glancing around the room. He looked rather happy as he settled down with a good book, waiting for three o'clock to roll around. He hums with satisfaction at the clean smell emitting from the house.
Robin looked at the time awhile later and went to where the address said the place was. He walked there and was knocking on the door a little after 3.
Ash answers quickly and smiles. "Ah yes. Robin. Please come in. I'm sorry if it's a little messy." he says as he lets the other in. He seemed very happy. But as he gazed at then other he blinked. "Do… I know you?"
Robin looked up at him and stared back. "Maybe? I feel like I recognize you too." He replied then stepped in and stood there looking around the room.
Asher shrugs. "Who knows. Anyways… Would you like to see the house?" he asks curiously, smiling a tiny bit.
"Um. Yeah. Sure." He said. This whole thing to him felt stupid. For all he knew this guy could be some crazy psychopathic murderer.
"So." He smiled at the other. The house was fairly big. Nice looking, tidy, neat and had a faint smell of lavender. "You wouldn't need to help with rent at all, since I usually pay it. I just ask that you try and keep the place neat. You would have your own room and bathroom." he shows the other around the house.
Robin nodded hesitantly. "Promise you wouldn't murder me." He said quietly as he looked around the place.
He glances at the other and chuckles, "Nah. You're to cute to kill." He teases gently. "But I won't, don't worry." He smiles a little.
Robin blushed a little. "Um that's good." He replied. Then turned to the guy.
(Sorry about that. I was really sick.)
He laughs softly and shakes his head. Asher looked relaxed as he looked around the house. "So. What do you think?"
(Oh it's alright.)
"I think it's quite nice." He said smiling. He honestly had no idea what else to say to him.
Asher nods and smiles. "Do you have any questions? Would you like water?" He places his hand on his hip, a smile still on his lips.
"Um. I don't think I have any questions. And water sounds good. Thank you." He replied smiling still. Though underneath he was a total mental wreck not knowing what he was doing.
