Neo ran his hands through his hair and looked down at his tall structure and neatly-suited bod. He tried to seem as "Mortal-like" (as his fellow Gods like to say) as possible, but it didn't really seem that convincing. Down in the Mortal world, it was very early in the morning, and the sun was rising. Neo decided if he was asked about his neat suit, he could say he was just off to work on an early day. Of course, before he was reincarnated as a God, he was a Mortal just like the small ants below.
Enough preamble, He hissed to himself, rubbing his hands together and teleporting down to a park, looking around and walking towards a main path.

Felix was quiet as he walked down the park streets. His dog, Mika was walking beside him. The tiny Japanese Spitz looked happy, his tongue lolling out. He barked softly at something but Felix tugged him along. "Come on boy. Let's go." He chided softly, sighing tiredly. His dark red hair was ruffled, his hoodie was two sizes to big around his tiny frame.

Neo emerged from some bushes, grumbling unhappily at his long legs. He had gotten caught in a branch in his way to the main path and now his pants were ruined. He waved his hands and they slowly corrected themselves, the rip reparing silkily.

Felix glances behind them to see a man emerge from the bushes. He starts, gulping softly. "Erm… Sir? Why… What were you in the bushes..?" he asks softly, his eyes curious. Mika was growing lowly and he gently picked the dog up, petting him soothingly.

Neo looked up, looking annoyed and bored already. "I was just coming through, and my stupid pants ripped. Is that okay?" He asked sharply as he continued repairing them smoothly with his Magic.

Felix seemed to melt into his hoodie, "S-sorry. I was going to ask if you were okay…" Now that you could see him better he had dark red hair with black highlights, it was all out of control and messy, there was a splash of freckles along his cheeks. His eyes were a brilliant blue, wide and innocent appealing. He was small, only about 5'4, and was very skinny, almost to the point it looked painful. He wore a large sweater that went to his mid thigh with simple light blue jeans and converse tennis shoes.

Neo swept a couple leaves off his shoulders and neat coat, his magic finishing up with his pants.
"I'm okay, thank you for asking." He looked up with a faint sigh. "That is a nice dog you have there, Felix." Neo knew the Mortal in front of him never exposed his name to the first, but might as well get his problem out of the way.

Felix blinked, "I uh-" He never said his name. He knew that. "Thank you. He's a Japanese Spitz…" He mutters quietly, seeming to shrink into his hoodie. He looked rather shy and sweet. He wasn't sure why this man was talking to him. "You… you know my name. But, I don't know yours…" He says softly.

Neo smiled a bit at the Mortal's shyness, reaching his hand out to allow the dog to sniff at it if the dog wanted.
"My name? Well, my name is Neo," He said with a shrug. "It's certainly a strange one, don't you think?" He asked comversationally with a chuckle.

Felix tilted his head a little at the name. "No. I like it," He says softly. "It's different from most." he smiled a little, watching as his dog go sniffed at Neo. Felix still was a little shy, his hand still firm on the leash, his eyes still gazing at the man in awe.

Neo grinned lightly and went back to trying to pet the dog. "May I walk with you? I want someone to talk with." Neo knew he was being bold in already shying up to the Mortal, but the faster he asked the latter to stay with him, the faster he could get the stupid experiment over with and continue his life.

Felix starts before nodding slowly. "S-sure." He says quietly. He clicks his tongue before beginning to walk again, waiting for the other. He looked so adorable like that. So smol.

Neo trotted at a slow pace after his short companion, sighing slowly. "So… where are you of to, then, Felix?" He asked conversationally, making sure he kept up the conversation between them.

Mika pants softly as Felix walks besides him. Felix glanced at Neo before looking back towards the trail. "Taking Mika on a walk before I go home. I have work early in the morning." He says softly, sighing a little.

"Oh? Where do you work?" Neo asked gently, though he already knew the basis of the answer. I need to bond with him first. Even if it's a few minute's chat.

Felix looked rather shy as he talked to the other. "I work at the hospital as a children's nurse…" He says quietly, glancing at the ground.

Oh, shit. Fuck off Fate.
"That's nice. I assume you like your job?" Neo asked lightly, smiling past his frustration. Maybe not this Mortal.
