"No, you don't, I'm driving."

"I never said I was driving," Lila scooted away from the handles, "Just riding."

"Yes!" Lila shot her fist into the air, "Everyone who's going to fight jump on and let's go!"

“Nice name,” Meg said. “I’m getting on. Shadows only get me so far.”

"By the way how do you do that?" Lila asked, "Like neither of your parents had any sort of powers."

"Okay. Come on!" Rogue said, excited. She swung onto Bonnie.

Once everybody had gotten on, they loooked around and realized that there were so many explosions, they didn’t know whatcha way to go.

“Oh,” Meg said in response to Lila, “Yeah. I’m just good at fighting and staying hidden; if you’ll remember from the legends (which are true) Steve was good at fighting and Bucky was good at fighting and staying hidden. They taught me.”

"So, clearly the bombs were pre-set, and this is some sort of tra-" her words were drowned out by another explosion in front of them.

(My gosh guys, you’re supposed to save the city not blow it up.)

(Yeah well. Have you seen Avengers? (Though they did better than Man of Steel civilian-wise))

Everyone was thrown off of the bike.

"What in the name of the Great Goddess was that?"

"Bonnie!"

"Who is that?" Lila pointed to a figure walking through the smoke.

“I don’t know,” Meg said, getting up and squinting through the smoke.
