(lol sorry I had a job to do so I'm back)
Behind the trees Archia shows helen a hideout of some sorts "So you're probably wondering when I grew this." Archia states as he goes on to pass multiple hammocks a few weapon racks a shrine to some goddess and more cool junk. "I don't know if anybody noticed but while everybody else was making dinner and eating I found this place, NOT GROWN OF COURSE but um I just kinda needed a space without everybidy going like OOOOO and AHHHHH. So this is my new secret hideout… can you try to keep it a secret, if you do you can take hammock number 4."

"This place is amazing." Helen gaped. "I promise I won't tell anybody." She climbed up to her assigned hammock, swinging back and forth. It was really relaxing, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. Her eyelids started to droop. Back and forth, back and forth back and forth. Her taught muscles relaxed. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. Helen hadn't slept all night due to her dreams. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth…

Kana decided he'd go train outside. Once he was out there. He just, started walking, he could definitely feel his full range of power coming back, he was around half-power by now. He'd figured it out! The more he burned out his powers during training, the more powerful they would be when they returned. Pretty soon he'd be at his full baseline strength, and that wasn't even counting his Light and Dark forms.

He got to work.

Looking at helen sleeping made archia a little sleepy too but before that he heard some other people walking towards his hideout with and helen in it, trying to repel them away from his cool little place he starts his way to the noise…

Kana continues his strenuous training, this time, his personal gravity, is increased to 4.0 x Earth's gravity. Under these conditions, the bones of a normal human, would be simply beyond repair. And while Kana's own were a bit uncomfortable, he had no such problem. Demigods were typically inhumanly tough, both mentally, and physically.
Kana was one such example of this.

He kept the weight going steady, and decided to practice his gravity defying technique by walking up a tree, so that's exactly what he did. Kana was steadily walking up the trunk when he heard noises.

Brie and Ella were walking calmly around in the forest when she saw a shadow up ahead. She strained her eyes and saw who it was.
"It's Kana." she whispered to Ella. She took Ella by the arm and swerved out of the way they had been going. They walked like this a few minutes, Brie holding Ella by the arm, and Brie tripped.
Ella landed on top of her.
(oh, the cliche…)

Bia sat down an the floor. She dropped her head into her hands. Why me?? She thought to herself. It was so stressful, having to look out for a group of other teens she had just met. I just want to protect them. She remembered the last time she had been in charge of protecting her friends. She took a deep breath, then decided to go find Kana and apologize to him.

Helen's mind wandered to Bia and the others. The others. Dang it! Helen forgot all about the other people. She had to get back before they started looking for her. She remembered her promise to Archia. She couldn't let him down, not when she'd just gained his trust. Helen hopped off the hammock to find Archia standing near the exit. Helen heard rustling from the other side of it. "Is someone there?" She asked.

"about three" Archia said quietly "I have another brilliant plan… you can start to go back to the bunker I'll lure them away" Archia said with another wicked grin as he grabs a black box and starts to fly to kana and the others….

Helen saw her chance and ran all the way back to the training area, threw some water in her face and down her back to make it look like she'd been sweating, eyed the two fallen punching bags curiously, and walked to the thowing knives.

Kana was too exhausted to go on. This was good. After all, he had completed his training, and then some. He began to trudge back to the bunker. Literally another whole day of studying, mathematics and literature, honing his mental powers, and hammering out his special techniques, all at 4.0 times his own gravity. This was even more challenging than yesterday's training bout. He walked into the bunker, and saw Helen with her knives in the training room.
"I can help you with those, if you like!" He said.

Archia on the other hand started to blast a song war machine (An AC/DC song) and flies to the two girls walking and kana, trying to stay out of his gravity field though ;)

Kana sniffed the air, he could smell Bia, but her scent had continued in the same direction of where his was earlier.
Had she gone to find him?
If she did, how did they somehow avoid each other's detection?
Kana had a wolflike sense of smell. And both he and Bia had inhuman hearing.

Kana switched his gravity back to normal.
"That was Bia and I!" Kana said, walking up.
As he did so, he struck one with his long, bushy tail, it flew off the chain, doing a crooked flip.

"Well, don't just keep breaking them, I need one, too!" Helen laughed, but it was forced. She threw her knife at the target and hit it- straight in the center. The bright red circle blended into blood, Bia's body on the ground, no pulse, her heart a few feet away, and Helen knew what she had to do. Helen blinked and the target returned to normal.
