Fenris nodded and stood, stretching out his legs. "The sky is dark and the moon is bright. I will go hunt for tomorrow's breakfast." He waited for any protest.

Quince frowned but nodded and stayed quiet

Jesse and MacCready looked at each other and frowned. "Earth, huh?" MacCready remarked. "This… this isn't our earth." Jesse shook his head.
"No way. Our world, it's…" he grimaced and glanced out the window. "Our Earth was destroyed by nukes years ago." MacCready scowled.
"Looks like we got the short straw."
"Well," Jesse said, "in any case, food's food, and we'll run out eventually. Maybe a hunt would be a good idea."

Fenris nodded and started to walk out. "Very well. I will hunt, then join you in the morning."

"This is my Earth, more water than land." Quince said.

Jesse nodded a goodbye to Fenris and crossed the room to flop down on the couch, exhausted. MacCready let him sleep, knowing he'd been on watch, before… well, before all of this.
"So if this is your earth, do you know how we all got here?" He asked.

"Not really…" Quince admitted.

Fenris stalked through the nearby forest, unnaturally quiet despite his sheer size. He scented the air for any sign of quarry.

MacCready sighed, disappointed but not surprised. "That's alright kid. We just want to go home."
