Nykidia looked around before heading over to Oridone. She had seen the boys harass her and wanted to apologize. "Umm…Hi! Sorry about them back there. I really should of headed somewhere else other than here. Is there anyway I can pay you back?" She asked, hoping Oridone would forgive her at least slightly.

Lucky for Nykidia even is she was cautious Oridone was forgiving. With a quick exchange of words Ben offered to help anyone while she talked, the nekomata responding by straightening her jacket some as she faced the red head. She couldn't be happier to have driven off the boys seeing the kid they were after seemed around her siblings' age. "Don't worry. I'm a security guard back home, I know how to deal with petty fights and excuses younger kids try to make." She grinned, "My name's Oridone, what's yours?" Lifting a paw(Hand? Sometimes I'm grateful I know a visual medium for humanoid characters…) in a wave that read as 'don't worry about it'.
Meanwhile Ben seemed to gain a bit more confidence given the job to help if needed. "If they chased you past their route I think they would have fought and asked questions later. In other words, going somewhere else probably wouldn't have helped." He commented, "By the way, name's Ben." Saying this he didn't look at the paperboy, raising an eyebrow at the male on the floor seemingly mumbling to a flame.

"I'm Nykidia!" She said with a wave. "And again, we're sorry for the trouble. Are you sure there isn't anything I can do to make up for the trouble?" She asked, wanting to be sure. She always hated dragging people into her messes.

(Sorry, couldn't think of anything. ;-;)
"I already said don't worry. Compared to some other stuff I've been handling getting them to leave was a break." Oridone joked. She left momentarily, going over to drop some bits on the table for her and Ben's food. Ben wasn't as amused. Unlike Nykidia he knew the black-furred feline was running on caffine rather than actual sleep at this point.
"Wait… You said we, who else is with you? Your parents?" He asked, turning to Nykidia as he realized how young she looked. Then again he wouldn't be phased if her parents weren't with her, he started working without supervision earlier than most.
(Also I realized we only have six people, if they're still active, so I changed the topic to show Altir has two spots open.)

'Shit! I said we didn't I!' Yeah! You did! "Oh! I said we didn't I. Sorry! I meant I'm." She said, trying to cover up her mistake. She doubted it would work so she needed to leave soon. She had a feeling that this man was the type to be suspicious.

Blaze muttered some curses under his breath as he realized he left his jacket in the restaurant, he began to head back and wrapped a scarf around his shoulders to cover up his skin.

(Sorry for the wait! I haven't been on as much, plus Easter, so I hope this post is alright. :D )
Ben narrowed his eyes, giving an untrusting look, though didn't say anything as his phone buzzed with a notification. Checking it he glanced to Nykidia before turning to Oridone. "It's the group, they want to meet up at the park." He said. "And you. If wherever you need to head is in that direction you can come, but after the park you're on your own if those paperboys come back." He added, the words aimed at Nykidia.
Oridone seemed to think for a moment, tail waving slightly. "Alright, tell them we'll be at the floating eye thing by Mirror Creek. We can check if Aa- the masked shifter has been there." She responded, changing her sentence at the last second. "Amr will be able to tell, right?" Amr was the head guard, so she didn't see why he'd have trouble. With a quick apology to the staff for making a scene with the paperboys she told Ben she'd figure out the fastest route, going over to their table to pull a map from her bag.
(In case you have trouble since it's an Egyptian name, Amr is pronounced 'Ah-mur')

Nykidia nodded and Ben before turning to Oridone. "Again, thank you for the help." She said as she walked toward the exit. "Tell Nysaxiope thank you for me as well!" She said as she left the restaurant. She began to walk towards Marco's, keeping an eye out for the Altir boy's.

"Ben." Oridone called, coming over to the mechanic. "You put so many notes and scribbles over this map! Though if this is actually a path and not notes I can take us both the fast way." Ben leaned over to see what Oridone was talking about, muttering a quick 'that's not a path' before taking the map. Oridone sighed, hating to leave the other's waiting.
With Ben focused on the map now she turned to Nysaxiope, "Thanks for stepping in. Sorry if I caused any trouble being in that commotion." While she was talking Ben furrowed his brows, getting confused by his own mess of notes, only to realize it was his coded map for Narac. He could just find the park and check the bases at the same time. "Ori, your 'teleporting' magic doesn't work now that I have the watch. I need to check some stuff anyways, so I'll lead the way."

Nykidia and Night eventually reached a bar that read "Marco's" on the front of the building. They pushed open the squeaky door to be hit with the sound of jazz music. Nykidia smiled. She walked up to the bar and pulled up a stool. The regulars to the bar gave her a nod and a smile. A man who looked in his late 30's with a stubble and a scar on his chin, who was on the other side of the counter walked up to her. "You're late." He said with a smirk. Nykidia sighed as she took off her hat and let her long hair fall out. "Did you get chased by those rascals again?" He asked. Nykidia nodded before setting her head on the bar counter. "How'd ya get away this time? Jumped over a building?" He joked. "Ran into Nysaxiope's place. They came in and cause a bit of commotion before showing off." Nykidia explained. Marco chuckled.

"Tch, I don't care about the jacket anymore." Blaze decided, walking into an alley and putting on his music and he scaled the wall. He much preferred being up high anyway, gave him a good vantage point to watch for enemies and allies. A hand tapped his shoulder, so he turned around. Turns out it was Lunos and Charlie, some of his old buddies from his time at the academy. They were saying something to him that he couldn't hear because of his music. He quickly turned it off to listen to them, catching the end of. "Are you listening?" That was what Lunos asked, face still as blank as ever. "Yes… No." Blaze answered, leaning on a staff he had probably stolen.

(I set the post up so they can maybe bump into Blaze and then head to the park. :D)
Ben and Oridone left Nys Fish, the mechanic quickly leading down back alleys to an old brick building as he explained where they were headed. It took a moment but with a harsh shove he got the window entrance open, only partially closing it after them. The base seemed to be running smoothly aside from a loud argument. Ben didn't even bat an eye, calling someone over and asking for a team leader. Oridone waited as Ben walked off, stopping someone passing to ask the quickest way to the park.
It wasn't long before she started wrapping up the conversation as Ben came back. "What'd they say? Did the others leave any updates?" She asked. Told he'd tell her on the way she nodded, starting to ask something else before Ben pulled her away from the glass with alarm written on his face. "There was someone there. We're lucky if they didn't see us." He muttered. Checking one last time they got out, quickly shutting the window. "Sh-t." He said, letting the curse slip as he glanced up. Someone was on the roof, maybe with others. "Don't look up, just start heading to the park. Maybe they won't notice us." He instructed quickly.

Blaze's gaze flickers towards a building's window, eyes going wide and mouth snickering. He held up a finger to Lunos and Charlie, smiling with sharp teeth. "Someones aware and afraid of me." He sang, cracking his neck as Charlie began to interrupt. "I swear to every living deity that if you kill them I'm going to drown you in goo." He growled, Lunos summoning a dagger out of ice. "I won't kill them!" He yelled flipping down off the roof. "Just hunt them!"

"Hey." Marco said tapping on the counter next to Nykidia, causing her to look up. "Some one wants to see the peppermint gal." He said with a smirk. Nykidia immediately sat up. The peppermint gal was code for when her real line of work began. Nykidia and Night were runners for the local mafia. They would often run money and valuables to other other sections of town or to other people. She used the code name 'Peppermint gal' because of her pale skin and red hair. "Where do they want to meet?" Nykidia asked as she slipped off her heavy brown coat and boots. She had to change clothing to avoid getting caught. "The park." Marco replied as she took off to go change. She cam back later wearing brown overalls with a white shirt underneath. She put back on her cap as Marco handed her a bag. "Don't forget your shoes." Marco reminded. "Who needs shoes?" Nykidia yelled as she ran out the door.

Oridone glanced back at the sound of something hitting the ground, Ben having said nothing about looking anywhere but up. It wasn’t anything falling, but rather a figure now standing at the other end of the alley. Her violet eyes were wide seeing Ben nervous the individual was there, tail flicking with her own sense of nervousness at the blue-ish glimmer of a weapon. “Do you know who that is?” She asked, voice just loud enough for the other to here. Ben showed slight annoyance.
“What? No! Why would I know?” He hissed, looking warily to the stranger. He wished he had his bat, but he'd left it with the others.
“Well they’re here.” Her voice came out louder than she meant, no doubt reaching the stranger.
“Would you shut it?” Ben scolded, covering her mouth before she shoved his hand away. “I don’t know every recruit if they’re even-” He sighed in frustration, simply grabbing her arm as he rushed down the alleys. They couldn’t assume it was an ally, that’d risk being charged with treason when they were so close to a base. Oridone finally seemed to remember that as she started to run alongside him, eventually pulling ahead to start leading the way to the park.

Nysaxiope cleared the last plates then approached the front of the restaurant, giving Carilla a pat on her top shoulder.
"I going on my lunch break. Treab is here. Watch over the place for me." The girl nodded in answer and waved as her boss exited the restaurant.
I haven't been to the park in a while. It's a nice day. Why not? Nys thought, whipping her tail to send her in the direction of the park.
