Barry leaned against her touch like a cat rubbing up against his owner, sighing in contentment.
Barry leaned against her touch like a cat rubbing up against his owner, sighing in contentment.
Kasey hummed softly as she played with Barry's hair. She rubbed his scalp gently, massaging his head.
“You’re really good at this…” he mumbled softly, taking a deep breath.
“Am I? I’m just rubbing your head,” Kasey said softly. “Are you going to fall asleep on me?”
"Not if you kiss me…" he murmured, a lazy smile gracing his lips.
Kasey chuckled softly, pulling one hand from his hair to pat his cheek. “If you want to kiss me, babe, you’ll have to move to an easier position to do so.”
“But I’m lazy,” he complained softly, whining slightly when Kasey removed her hands from his hair.
"Then no kisses for you~" Kasey sang teasingly, pinching his cheek with a grin.
Barry pressed his face against her stomach, letting a second whine of complaint slip from his mouth. “Please…?”
"If you want a kiss, you have to take it, love," Kasey chuckled, gently pushing his face from her stomach with a slight blush.
Groaning dramatically, Barry huffed and turned on his side, facing away from her. “Cruel girlfriend..”
Kasey laughed and gently tugged on a strand of his hair. "You must not want to really kiss me if you won't even try," she teased.
Barry pushed his face into the mattress, mumbling something grouchy that was lost within the folds of their duvet.
Kasey ran her fingers through his hair again, chuckling softly. "Maybe you should sleep, babe. You seem a little tired."
"Why won't you kiss me?" he pouted, craning his head to look back at her.
“Because you’re too far down! I’ll hurt my neck trying to reach you,” Kasey chuckled softly again, brushing his cheek with her thumb.
"You don't love me enough to move?" he asked dramatically, twisting around to face her.
“Hey, I told you hat you should move and you didn’t. Does that mean you don’t love me enough to move?” Kasey teased, letting her finger trace his features lightly.
"You're not the one who's half asleep," he mumbled, but shifted slightly upwards.
“Didn’t you say you’d wake up more if you kissed me?” Kasey hummed softly, her thumb finding his lips and running gently around them.
Barry leaned into her touch, following the soft movements of her thumb. "No teasing me…"
“Tease you? Babe, I would never…” Kasey murmured as she ran her thumb over his bottom lip. She put a bit of pressure on it, dragging it slightly.
Barry's hand, though sluggish, flew up to catch her wrist. "No–No teasing," he breathed, shifting upwards. "Kiss me."
Kasey finally complied, leaning down the rest of the way to meet him. She pressed her lips to his, shifting her hand in his so that she was holding it.
Barry slid one arm beneath Kasey's torso and rolled, pulling her with him until she was straddling his midsection. "Much better…" he murmured into her mouth, cupping her cheek with his free hand.
Kasey hummed, smiling slightly into the kiss. “I love you, Barr,” she mumbled against his lips.
"Good," he murmured softly in response, winding his other arm tighter around her waist. "I love you, too…"
Kasey wrapped her arms around his neck, pressing slightly closer to him. She’d missed this when they were distant from each other… And she was so glad they were together again.
Barry moved his lips against hers, letting his eyes drift shut. "I can't wait to give you my last name…"
“And I can wait to take it,” Kasey murmured happily. “Gosh… I still can’t believe we’re getring married.”
