Septima sighed. "So yeah, it'll be fine. We'll make it through."
She looked towards Skye, wondering if there was anything she could do to make it easier on everyone.

(Timeskip til they're on the road?"
(Okay. How far ahead is that?)
(Couple days? Also I will be vanishing soon cause I'm in a movie theater with my sister. We are super early which is why I'm still here.)
(Okay. Have fun!)
(Im back again! Do you wanna start or shall I?)
(You can, I guess?)
(Cool, also, baby Nightfuries are ADORABLE!!!)
Skye sighed, padding through the trees. "Will you please come down from there?" he asked his brother in annoyance. Watching as the large, reddish brown furred wolf lept from treebranch to treebranch.
"Nope!" said Arthur, leaping over Skye's head.
(Awww that's great. I also just have a soft spot for dragons, so)
Septima ignored the quarreling brothers as well as she could. She knew that scolding and arguing would probably just egg them on. She was the one keeping a close eye out for any danger.
Skye sighed, "Why must you be so Chaotic?"
Arthur laughed, "you know why!"
(Took my dragon loving sister to see the how to train your dragon 3
(Was it good? I might go see it, but idk. I'm also totally writing a story about dragons that both Septima and Aurelius are in, so uh… you could say I love dragons too.)
"Don't- don't fight it," Septima grumbled, just loud enough so that Skye could hear. Her posture was kind of stiff, but for the most part, she was outwardly calm.
Aurelius had been tasked with changing out bedding in the medical tents. On the one hand, he was up and moving, but on the other, this task wasn't exactly fun. Luckily, Rosalia had been assigned to assist around the medical tents, too, and he got to drop by and talk to her every once in a while.
Skye sighed, "I can't help that he drives me nuts…"
Arthur laughed, "Sorry bro!" He said, dropping down to the ground for once.
(It was awesome!!!)
"It's best to react as little as possible," Septima said, "at least in my experience, it has been."
She kept a fairly straight face and refused to make eye contact with either of them.
"He's not doing it on purpose Septima" said Skye, "It's just who he is."
“Then that means there’s even less point in reacting,” she replied simply.
"At least yelling at him makes me feel better!" said Skye in protest.
Arthur laughed some more, suddenly walking upside down on thin air, "Sure bro"
"Yeah, no… it probably doesn't," Septima agreed with Arthur.
She walked on, a slight smirk on her face.
At camp, Aurelius was finally able to join everyone else for a meal. He stayed close to Taurin, still feeling quite nervous, like he wasn't quite wanted here.
Skye sighed, giving up.
Arthur flopped back down to the ground, looking up at the sky as they walked.
Silver came over to Aurelius, "How're you feeling?" he asked.
Septima held up the front of the group. It looked like between the three of them, she would have to be the cautious one.
Aurelius turned to see Silver.
“I’m okay,” he said, “Not back to normal, but I’m better than I was. I’m feeling kind of lethargic right now, if I’m being honest. But I’ve been doing little chores here and there, so I think I’m improving.”
Skye watched as she took the lead, keeping one eye on his kid brother. Technically both were adults, but he still thought of Arthur as his kid brother anyway.
Arthur suddenly tensed, warping in front of Septima.
(Can't just have everything go their way now can we?)
Silver nodded smiling, "That's good to hear" he said, taking a bite out of his sandwhich.
Septima almost tripped over Arthur, but she managed to keep her cool, despite being surprised and a little frightened. She carefully dodged and walked around him.
“I suppose so,” Aurelius replied, “I’m just hoping I recover completely soon so I can actually do something useful. Not to say helping change out bedding is useless, but I’m capable of much more usually.”
Arthur held out a hand to stop her, his face hard and cold. What danger? Where?! Ahead of you. Magic Hunters. "We have trouble headed our way," he said, his tone grim. How many? A lot
Skye stared at him, "What kind of trouble?"
"Big trouble" said Arthur flatly, his wristband pulsing. Be careful, they're equipped to deal with your sort.
"How do you know?" asked Skye, his face hard.
Arthur held up his wrist, showing the metal band clearly, "He told me of course." he said flatly.
"Just take your time" said Silver, "Trust me, taking it too fast will put you back where you started, and in possibly much worse condition. That would make you literally useless." he said it gently, "Besides, I was wondering if you might be open to helping me out with something?"
Septima’s fingertips started to glow faintly as she held a stiff stance.
“Any way around it?” she asked, “Or do we have ourselves a fight?”
“I’m interested,” Aurelius said, “What is it?”
Well? No way out of it, and you'd best take them out, they're probably headed to the base camp.
"We fight, and we'll have to take them all out, since they're probably headed straight for the base." said Arthur firmly, watching as Skye drew his blades.
"I need some help replenishing some of my herb stores," said Silver, "I was hoping you could come along to help?"
Septima pulled out her two blades, and a glowing light started to shine over the length of the weapons.
“Let’s do this,” she said, her sharp, bright teeth forming a smile.
Aurelius was exhausted. He could have fallen asleep at the table, but he wanted to help still.
“Of course. I’d be glad to help,” he said, “I’ve been incredibly bored with what they’ve had me doing.”
"I don't blame you" said Silver, "I used to have to do that sort of work all the time as a kid, and later as an apprentice."
Suddenly several soldiers came out of the trees, the lead soldier pointed at them "Charge!"
Septima struck first. She sent a beam of light around head-height. It struck three soldiers, one of them in the eyes. He was left blind. She carefully looked to see if they had anyone with ranged weapons.
“Yeah, and it’s much worse when you’ve been doing other jobs for the longest time, then you’re practically demoted because you were betrayed by a friend and starved for several weeks. Thanks for taking me with you.”
Aurelius let out a sigh. This was annoying, but at least he had people still looking after him.
Skye lept into the melee, wreaking havoc in his own way.
Arthur stood there, silent, unmoving. His eyes glinted with malice. "Chaosae Ilmer" the command was simple, the effects? Disastrous. Chaos aura swept through the ranks, leaving a space around Septima and Skye. Suddenly, the ground around the men began to warp, mud and ooze in some places, burning lava or snow in others. Trees warped and grabbed onto soldiers, while others were suddenly weightless, grass became sticky in some areas, and sharp enough to cut through bone in others. Random portals began opening, dropping people in random places that were usually on the battlefield.
Silver smiled again, "Happy to. Herb collecting is light work, but it can get tedious without company…"
