"Yeah…" said Marco, "Considering I've never even seen him before yeah…."

"Oh. Well then…" He cleared her throat awkwardly.

"Hey it's ok" said Marco, "My family line has always been obscure, so the fact that a relative actually reached out to me at all is surprising."

"Yeah, I could say the same seeing as mine was torn apart."

Marco grinned, "That's when you build a new family"

"But I'm too scared that people will hurt me again so I never have." She mumbled.

"Well last I checked Skye's too busy dealing with his own issues most of time to ever think up a way to really hurt you on purpose." Said Marco, "that and he's a softy"

"I'm sure he was highly disagree with you on that."

Skye sighed, "as much as I'd love to do so… he's probably right…"

"Yeah, you're a softy."

Skye frowned a little, but gave in with a sigh. "Yeah… I guess…"

She smiled a little. "You know when a woman is right. Good job."

Skye resisted the urge to swat her, scooting away in annoyance.

"Aww, I swear I love you, Skye."

Skye smiled, "I know…" he said, smiling as he flopped under the sunlight.

"You're now a cat." She chuckled, running her fingers through his hair.

"Wolves like sunlight too!" protested Skye, grinning.

"You're a cat because I like cats better."

Skye growled, "Well unfortunately your boyfriend is a wolf." he said flatly, "And you can't change that." he huffed in annoyance, scooting away from her hand again.

She laughed. "I'm kidding, love. Relax. You take me too seriously."

"Everything's serious between canines and felines…" said Skye fake grumpily.

"Sorry love." She shrugged.

"it's ok…" said Skye, To be honest I don't think I'm capable of getting mad at you….

She smiled brightly. "Good!"

Skye couldn't help smiling too, watching her every move.

She stared up in the sunlight, watching the sky.

Skye watched her, liking how the sun illuminated her skin.
