“I opened a vent behind the pillar, when the time is right we can escape.” She whispered as quietly as possible so no one can hear.
Tristan's eyes lit up, then darkened again as he bit his lip and looked at Lacie, "Aren't we going to help the others too?" He asked pointing at the others.
She nodded. “First we get you out, then I help the other.”
"Please, honey, you've gotta be quieter than that if you don't want anyone to overhear," Emma hissed. "I'll distract. You get him out." She walked to the other side of the room and loudly asked if anyone wanted a granola bar.
Lacie took Tristan’s hand to lead him behind the pillar
"What are you doing?" asked Neirym quietly.
"GRANOLA BARS. LOOK AT ME I HAVE GRANOLA BARS SIR WOULD YOU LIKE A GRANOLA BAR?"
Tristan followed Lacie, confused, "What an odd way of distracting someone," He concluded glancing at Emma and the confused Neirym.
Lacie opened the vent for Tristan
“Hurry in.” Lacie gestured
"GRANOLA BARS. TAKE THEM PLEASE. JUST LOOK OVER HERE AND TAKE A DANG BAR, SIR." ((she kind of has an obsession. Not sure how she's so skinny
(She cracks me up with her granola bar obsession)
(me too)
Tristan easily slipped through being extremely thin
"Now go, try to find help." She looked back at Emma.
Tristan nervously crawled through the small vent system, his heart pounding against his chest. His hand stung but he continued forward searching for light.
Seeing Tristan was gone, Emma immediately stopped. "I'm sorry, sir, but it seems you've temporarily lost your granola bar privileges. Anyone else, however, may ask her," she guestered at Lacie, "to be placed on the list to receive monthly granola bars."
Lacie went back to join Emma. She still couldn't shake the fear of Tristan getting caught
She nodded nervously as Emma gestured towards her
Tristan stopped a good way down the tunnel, he was scared, I hope they get out,” He thought and turned around to face back the way he came, *Ah, I know! I’ll wait for them here! He repositioned himself and like the dumbass he was sat and stared into the dark waiting for the people who he wasn’t too well acquainted with, having known them for about an hour or so. His blue-green eyes slightly glowed ominously in the dark.
There was a pink flash of smoke, and Neirym disappeared from the main room and appeared in the darkness next to Tristan. "Hello little boy," he whispered.
“Eep!” He gasped, “H-hi sir.”
Lacie shrieked realizing the situation. She ran back to the vent.
"I'm getting bored," he confided. "What should I do?"
Emma followed her, eyes wide. "What do we do?" She shrieked, not bothering to keep her voice down.
"Go in after them, one of us has to get outside if all of us wanna escape," Lacie said crawling in.
"I want either you or Tristan out, leave me behind while I try my best to hold them off." Lacie began to push herself through as best as she could.
“Umm I don’t know…”. He gulped, “Um, but I’ll go back with you…sir”
"Why?'
