Sakuya simply treaded in place. Her head swiveled around, watching the newest addition to accompany them. The beast's blue eyes glowed, pupils round. As the pair settled down, the dragon turned her head back to face forward, moving forward through the waves.
"The island is still some ways. As I told Runner, there is someone I know in the fishing village who may be able to offer better assistance than myself."
"AKA, hang on and enjoy the ride."
"Maybe I ask what this place is?" the elder inquired
"Your guess is as good as mine, man."
He raised his eyebrows, "Right"
"It's a fishing village," she responded in her soft voice, "I myself do not know much of the island…spending my time in the depths. I only go there now and then to visit the friend I mentioned, as it was him who helped me when I was caught in a fisherman's net long ago."
A frown appeared on her muzzle. Her left, back leg seemed to twitch slightly, the pain still there, the scar running across her hip part of the reminder.
"He will be more help than I ever could be…"
"He means he a useless piece of shit that doesn't remember anything," Alex translated, looking slyly at Runner and waiting for a reaction. ((I apologize to you too because Alex is really mean a lot
There was no reaction to be had. Nothing she was saying seemed to register in his brain.
"Who is this friend?" the younger twin asked.
"Can he be trusted?" his brother added
"Damn you and your stupid self control."
"Maybe you should get some of it. Would've kept this whole situation from happening."
"It would be much better if you can keep the bickering for dry land'
"Excuse me?! This whole thing is your fault! How do we know YOU didn't blow up the ship? This is not my fault." ((Ahh please don't hate me
"You already apologized for it before you went psycho bitch on me. You thought I didn't hear you, but I did. And I accept it, by the way."
Alex scowled. "That was before you ruined my day. Now I'm starting to wish I'd left you there."
The twins shares a look of exasperation and turned away from the arguing pair, choosing to instead study the ocean around them
"Ah, yet another flaw. This beautiful creature," he said, rubbing the dragon's back. "Is who's saving us."
"I'm sure she is also sick of your bickering." The elder commented
Alex pointed at Runner. "His fault. But yeah, probably," she admitted.
He only smiled, looking out at the vast expanse of water.
((I don't feel entirely qualified to say yes but that's my vote. Alex needs a friend
Sakuya heard the twins and their question. She also heard the other pair, spatting at each other. A soft rumble seemed to emit from her. Her blue eyes glanced back for a moment, then looked back forward.
Despite the gentle and soft tone, there was confidence, "He most certainly can be trusted. Though if it helps, he is not human. He has asked me to keep his true self hidden, for reasons I do not know. I never dove too deep. His name is Hydrox."
((Hey, all Runner did was state facts and not care about her insults

"I see." the elder said.
"What is he then?" the younger asked.
The elder shot his brother a disapproving look
"Y'all got names? Or should we call you Twin 1 and Twin 2? That's what people used to do with me and…" She looked down, tears forming in her eyes.
"If this Hydrox fellow truly wants to keep himself a secret, you shouldn't take me. I'll know as soon as I get close."
"Hyenros." the elder offered
"Aléros."
