Well, I'm glad I could help with what I could. The drawing looks great and I still can't get over how good the hand looks. HNNNNNGHHH! Kinda jealous cause fricken hands seem to be the one thing in my life that still confuse me completely. I HAVE HAD THESE HANDS FOR 15 YEARS! You'd think I could study them better. Ha ha. Well good luck on your quest to better learn more about men, muscles, and angles. :) You are super talented Emi and I love that drawing, again despite the fact he is flipping me off.

Hands are fun. Mainly bc I found a reference and a way to draw fingers/hands that work for me, soooo yeah! I wish you luck with your hand quest. It's not that bad once you start drawing them (says me, who has only been focused them for a bit).
Also tytytytytytyt and sorry about the flipping off thing. I was very angry, and plus why would a grown man like that be holding up the pinky finger?

Very true. I'm cool with him flipping me off. It actually is kinda comical cause every time I look at him it reminds me of this battle that these two dudes where they just keep flipping each other off. Each time more vigorously than the last. It's hilarious.

Normally I’d disapprove of a drawing like that but heck, that’s really well done, keep up the good work! I really need to learn how to draw guys but it’s such a scary task… How do you do it?

Guys in my opinion… aren't hard to draw like… at all. You'd just have to be careful of their legs, changes in curves and the chest if you wanted to draw one. And if you were doing a… per say, graphic realism, well… just be careful who ya show it to. Honestly it's not that hard, but I started out in drawing guys so it comes more naturally I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ella, that's so good!! The colours are beautiful, I love it!

@GalaxyUnicorn ooh, I really like them!

@soupnana group

Oh, also I drew something. I'm not very good with colored pencils, but I guess practice makes perfect

(Fricken frick why are they always sideways!?)

And yes, I realize that one eye is too high and her nose is a tad low. I'm going to deal with it for now cause when I start messing up like this is means that I am improving, so YAY.

:3
Practice and study. I just stare at good drawings of hair and try and figure out how that do it, and try my best to figure out a way that I can that's easy for me. I'd say it's simple but it's not really.

Like, you can tell when I actually am focusing on the hair rather than on the face or body. This drawing, for example, started out as a few little curls of hair and I was like "well I can't just have hair with no head" so I gave her a fairly simple and badly drawn face.

Same with this one.

(I am using this as an excuse to share the art I just took pictures of and spent ten minutes uploading to my computer and Notebook.)

Thank you! I just suggest finding styles of hair drawings that you like and find out how you want to turn those styles into your own style of hair. A lot of people just use simple shapes and they look amazing.
