"I don't ask for you to change, baby no no no
And you don't ask for me to change" Gwen sang, feeling herself starting to get sleepy.
"I don't ask for you to change, baby no no no
And you don't ask for me to change" Gwen sang, feeling herself starting to get sleepy.
He was asleep already, an arm wrapped around her. His chest rose and fell with every breath and he looked peaceful again, clearly happy where he was with her.
"Tell me how we're not alike
But we work so well and we don't even know why
Funny how the stars crossed right
'Cause we work so well and we don't even know why" Gwen sang, trailing off as she fell asleep.
He just gave a tiny nod in response. The couch was quite comfy as well, the only improvement could be a blanket since he wasn't used to sleeping without one covering him.
Gwen snuggled into Caston, almost asleep.
He shifted so that she was laying ontop of him, her head on his chest as he buried a hand in her hair and kept another on her back.
"Je t'aime plus que les mots ne peuvent le dire," She whispered.
Caston shivered lightly and pulled her closer to himself for warmth, running his hand through her hair and holding onto a handful every so often before continuing.
Gwen reached her hand out beside her, not wanting to move. She picked up the blanket laying on the ground beside the couch and pulled it over them.
He hummed lightly in response to the blanket before falling asleep completely, a stray piece of hair falling into his face as he moved around slightly so that the blanket was covering most of him and her.
Gwen started to dream. It started off good, and then it turned bad.
Caston was still asleep, his arms around her protectively as he slept to make sure that no one could take her from him.
Gwen's eyes shot open, glowing scarlet.
He continued to sleep, mumbling something to himself and letting his head fall to the other side of himself.
Gwen put a hand on her face, breathing heavily.
He felt her move and he woke up slightly, "Gwen?" He mumbled, tightening his grip around her slightly and looking up at her through half closed eyes.
"Go back to sleep," She whispered, not wanting to move.
"Tell me what's wrong," He whispered sleepily, moving one of his hands to her shoulder. Caston started rubbing small circles on her back and shoulders to help himself stay awake while he waited for her answer.
"I had another nightmare," She whispered, not wanting Caston to worry about her.
He nodded and sighed, "I feel bad to go back to sleep when you are going to be up thinking about the nightmare." He said softly, his eyes closing slowly even when he didn't want them to.
"It's still the morning though. I'll have all day to be up."
"I know," He said, yawning and rubbing his eyes. He looked at her again and sighed, shimming so that he was sitting up slightly.
