Bia gasped as she fell to the floor, catching herself just before her face connected to the ground. "You guys did a good job." She praised Brie and Helen. She pulled herself up. "Again."

Laughing hysterically on one of the hoops hanging on the ceiling, Archia almost looked like a bird squawking. "I could never use a bo staff but by golly gosh that was awesome!"

"And yeah I'm fine. It's going to take more then a fall to rattle me." Bia told Brie.

Bia looked up at Archia, still slightly annoyed with the arrow incident. "Well maybe you should learn. Get down here, front and center."

Brie grinned as Bia ordered Archia to come practice with them. She turned to Samuel. "Come on, newbie, grab a staff and practice with us.

"O-okay." shaking with terror but confident in his skills, he grabbed as staff and stepped forward.

Brie arranged herself into an offensive position and gripped her staff. "You go first." she told Samuel.

Bia turned to Samuel. "Don't worry. I won't hurt any of you and it's four against one. If anyone should be worried it would be me." Bia cleared her head And jumped into a fighting stance again. "Alright. Remember that you are ONE team. Not four individuals. Work as one and maybe you'll defeat me."

Samuel used his telekinesis (i can do this, right? to anyone?) to tell his teammates the plan and, when they all seemed satisfied, rolled to the right as the others attacked, popping up and whipping around just behind Bia.

(telekinesis is moving things with your mind, but you can talk telepathically to anyone)
Brie's job was to stay at Bia's back and keeping her from flipping over someone or stepping back to attack. She watched as Helen and Archia executed their roles.

Nodding in amazement at his teammates agility, Samuel swung his staff low before Bia could react, hoping to trip her up as the others brought her down.

Archia decided to not get on Bia's bad side and offers her a hand from the air before the others can beat the crap out of her.

"Archia you're supposed to be fighting me not helping me. This is a training exercise. I asked you to attack me." Bia assured him.

"There are four of you. And I'm trying to show you that teamwork is better than skill. Come at me." She commanded. "Or are you scared of me?" She asked, knowing that threatening his bravery should get him to accept her challenge.

"I appreciate you wanting to help me, but I'm not really in need right now." Bia was jumping and ducking bo staffs as she talked to Archia, not even looking at them.

Hovering above Bia Archia shouts "LOOK OUT" as he looks to see that one of the other four people are about to hit Bia in the head

( whoops :) time skip) After a long day of training, success, flops, and laughs, Helen was ready to eat and go to sleep- until she remembered her dream. Would it be the same tonight? Does The Assistant have someone else in mind for torture tonight?

Bia told the others, "Let's shower first, then eat. You guys made a lot of progress today." Then she headed for her room and started her shower.

"You think it'll be this intense every day?" she asked Samuel.
She got up slowly, legs and arms aching, and decided to go looking for Ella who hadn't shown up for training.
She jogged into the corridor and up the stairs to the bedrooms.

(That would be down the stairs @Amber. I'm not trying to be rude, so I'm sorry if that is what you are picking up. I am merely pointing out that if you look back at the description of the bunker, the training room is upstairs and the rooms are on the middle level.)

Archia decides to spar with (anyone?) as he heads to the training gym to meet up with them he notices a room that he didn't notice before… "i'll check it out later" he says to himself as he enters the gym

Bia finished her shower in five minutes. Then she quickly put on black pants, black tennis shoes, a black sleeveless shirt, and long orange cardigan. She walked out to where the living room and kitchen were located and started putting away the groceries that she had bought at the gas station. Then she started cutting meat into long, small strips.
