Eden’s POV:

I snapped my head up to meet the masked eyes of a female. Furrowing my eyebrows, I tried to decipher who it was when it clicked. Of course.

“Vee,” I stood up. “You look amazing.”

My cheeks coloured slightly. “Thanks, Eden. Not as amazing as you, though.”

And truly, she looked gorgeous, her costume perfectly complimenting both her taste and form.

“Let’s eat quickly, then,” I said to her with an impatient grin.

I caught sight of Sterling near the beverages. How did I know it was him? Well, the way he was standing. I’m not weird—I just take note of these things.

“Hey, man,” I greeted him when I reached him.

I set two pieces of cupcakes on the plate she got.

“Yes, why wouldn’t I be?” I quirked an eyebrow, trying not to blush.

Sterling’s POV:

I glanced up from my drink when I heard someone approach and greet me. After a couple of blinks, I smiled a bit when I realized who it was.

“Gray. Hey, you made it. What’s up? Where’s Violeta?”

Ashley’s POV:

I shrugged a little and kissed his cheek gently. “Maybe because you know we’ll have to split up later? To go home to our respective families?”

“Vy went to find Eden,” I responded, shrugging. “Which reminds me… why aren’t you with Eden?”

I scratched the back of my neck sheepishly, giving him a small smile. “I had to take a break from her, so I offered to grab drinks… Gosh, Gray, she’s so d— hot tonight! I’m sure you think of Violeta, right?”

“Sorry, babe,” I chuckled a bit and wrapped an arm around him. “And, yes, let’s. I’m starving!”

I groaned, running a hand through my hair.

“God, I understand,” I exhaled deeply. “I thought I would go insane if I didn’t get to kiss her. And I can’t even do that.”

After eating, I dragged Ashley inside the estate, pushed her against me gently, and finally claimed her lips.

“Finally,” I growled, the feeling of her lips pressed against mine refreshing me.

“I know… I thought I was going to go crazy as soon as I laid eyes on her. I still can’t believe she looks so good… Actually, no. That’s not true. She looks like the sun and the moon and the stars all combined. She’s absolutely breathtaking,” I breathed.

“Mm… Luca,” I murmured against him, tugging him closer with my arms around his neck. “I love you…”

I watched him in amusement as he gushed over his girlfriend, understanding everything he was saying.

“I seriously can’t wait to be alone with Violeta,” I reached for a glass of cold water. “What did we even do to deserve such breathtakingly gorgeous girlfriends?”

I tightened my hold on her, softly nibbling on her bottom lip.

I sighed and shook my head, smiling a little. “I don’t know, man, but whatever it is, I hope I can keep doing it. I never want to lose her.”

I made a soft sound as I felt his teeth against my lip. Gosh, was I glad he’d managed to take us somewhere private… And I could tell he felt the same way.

Breaking off our kiss, I bent down to her stomach and kissed it lightly.

I looked over, my eyes finding Violeta. Immediately, my heart sped up and everyone else just naturally disappeared until she was he only one I could see.

“I’m making sure to treat her like she deserves to be treated,” I said softly. “I don’t want to mess this up.”

I followed his gaze to the girls and immediately grinned. Gosh, our girls were dazzling… More Eden than Violeta, but I was probably a little bit biased about that…

Ashley’s POV:

“I want her to be a girl, too… She’ll be beautiful,” I breathed, running my fingers through his hair. “Come back up here so I can kiss you again.”

I obliged, pulling myself up so I could firmly clasp our lips together, electricity flowing through me.

I rested my hands on her waist, our mouths firmly pressed against each other’s. I always felt alive around her, but this… touching her like this always made me feel like I was born again. That’s what her touches made me feel.

Lucas did things to me that I never thought would happen before we were together. My heart beat so quickly, my blood ran so hot… It was like he was a flower and I was a butterfly; I was drawn to him in a beautiful, amazing way. And I loved him with all my heart.

I laughed a little with him before we reached the girls. Letting out a slow breath, I let my gaze travel over Eden one time before I cleared my throat and offered her the glass if grabbed for her.

“I’m back, E. Sorry it took so long,” I said softly before turning to smile at Violeta. “Hey, Violeta. You enjoying yourself so far?”

Ashley’s POV:

I smiled against his lips and kissed him back softly. “I’m so glad… I want to do anything and everything with you. Forever and always.”
