I want to swim… That's my favorite type of exercise… stupid freezing weather…

Well let me tell you, when you do dolphin kick on your back it's a full on core work out, I mean you feel the burn two kicks in… we did 8 50's (50 means fifty yards) And it was painful, we also did rolling IMs and I mean it's not bad, it''s just BUTTERFLY IS THE WORST, you know. But I love the swim team and it's just a fun place to be.

DId I mention it was 42 degrees out side aNd We WeRe SwIMMinG.
