“Yes,” Rumius frostily answered. He was finding it to be pleasant when he was being ridiculed and belittled. Even if the God didn’t even mean to do it, Rumius still disliked it.

((Welcome!))

"Good, I don't like repeating myself." Scronos muttered. "Now, onto more important matters." He prompted, turning down a hall and walking out to a flourishing garden. He could hear voices and laughter of other lingering gods in the majestic green yard.
"Her heart. You must protect that first and foremost."
“Oiiii! Scronos!” Called a male’s voice. A tall, gangly, God called them, and his name was Ilyus. He was the God of Pleasure.
Rumius decided to ignore the other God. “Her heart? What do you mean by that?”
Scronos paused to wave to the god with a smile. He turned back to Rumius and nodded. "Yes, her heart. Her loyalty, her allegiance, her respect that's what I mean. She's still very naive so she doesn't quite realize how much of a tasteless pig you are but you have to keep it that way. The Bond between you two can be broken, that it when, her allegiance is turned somewhere else. If she i caught in a moment with someone else, and they get her to say the right words….You can lose your Wish Granter." Scronos pinned Rumius with a hard gaze, expressing his objections to that option. His dear Odessa was precious to him, he would not have her taken advantage of by common rats.
Rumius glared back hotly, his jowls quivering. “That is precisely what I wish to do, thank you. And I am not a tasteless pig, thank you!” He growled angrily, crossing his arms and huffing loudly.
“Whatever, I’m already doing that. I won’t even let her out of my sight if that’s what you want. What else?”
Scronos ignored the king's outburst. "Take heed: She is not an everlasting well. What you wish for and how large it is will drain her. She requires food and rest. One more than the other. But you cannot just wish for nothing. That is neglecting her abilities and they will grow restless within her. That can bring her as much harm as it can you."
“I know,” Rumius hissed through his gritted teeth. “You told me this last night. You don’t need to repeat it. I’m not as mindless as you think, Scronos…”
"And lastly…." Scronos continued with a growl. "Be careful of what you wish for." Her dark eyes, showing nothing but filled with life turned to Rumius.
(Sorry, could you rephrase the last sentence?)
(Sure)
"And lastly…." Scronos continued with a growl. "Be careful of what you wish for." His dark eyes, showing nothing but darkness yet filled with emotion, turned to Rumius, slightly narrowed.
“Yes, I know,” The king hissed again. “Don’t wish for anything too grand and not too sparingly or she’ll explode. Got it.”
"Would you hush, boy!" Scronos growled through gritted teeth, darkness curling and spewing from his form, reaching out to consume Rumius.
Rumius growled back, ignoring the darkness. By now, he disn’t care wether the Gods consumed him or not. Better dealing with a hateful kingdom and a useless Wish Granter.
Scronos was just about ready to obliterate him, but he remembered his oath. He would not harm the things of the day. They were not his to harm, they were his sister's.
"Listen here, boy. I can retract all help that I offer and leave you with my sister, your kingdom will rot, and I will not lose any rest. Now, do you want my help or not?"
“Of course I want you help. You are a god and I care about my people,” He growled angrily through his teeth, keeping his gaze down on the ground, his footsteps falling hard and angry.
"Then stop acting like a spoiled brat and hush!" Scronos pointed a finger at him. He was grateful for his own obedient children as he looked at the young mortal, still a mere child.
It’s rather hard when you’re belittling me by telling me stuff I already know! He thought fiercely, but glowered at the ground, gritting his teeth.
Scronos watched him for a moment longer and then continued with a sigh. "Now, where was I- Oh! Yes. She will learn you, who you are, your likes and dislikes, she will find them out. Don't be afraid of it, it's to better her work, it's to better you. And keep this in mind: She is powerful. Don't forget that in babe behavior. You are to wield her like a weapon when she is ready."
“So how long would I have to wait to use her?” He knew it sounded rough and angry, but that’s exactly what he felt towards the God.
"Until she is ready. You'll know." Scronos said. He continued down the steps and into the garden. "Come, there are others that wish to bestow you with their…..blessing."
