I had to give a 15 minute discussion with my class. I choose to talk about deforestation. My social anxiety made it hard. But I had two people answering my questions. But I didn't know what to say to fill silence so I would just restate some facts or remember others. I didn't realize how I felt until my 15 minutes were over.

Yeah. Social anxiety is the worst.

It truly is. I somehow manage but when it comes to asking simple questions, I find I can't do it. But I saw a tip on the internet that says that it is easier to present if you pretend you are Obama. XD

I would, but that's cause I just think it would feel more like you are Obama.
