He nodded and glanced at her "and you my love, what are you thinking about?"

He smiled softly and kissed her "that can't be all," he said

"I'm afraid it is," she said quietly. "You invade my thoughts."

He pulled her close "and you mine, it's a wonder I can concentrate on work." He shook his head

"Yes, it's a miracle," she whispered, kissing him gently.

"hmmmmm," he cupped the back of her neck and kissed her back

(What if Gabriel had to be turned into Hawkmoth? Like in Timebreaker? His miraculous "told" him or something?)

Nathalie smiled into the kiss and closed her eyes.

"My love, we have to get ready," he muttered against her lips "we can't just stay here all day,"

He got up and grabbed his jacket "I'll be in the study if you need me"

She sighed as he left and smoothed her hair. She would have to meet Dimitri again today.

Gabriel went down into his study "Nuroo?"

Nathalie collected her things she needed to have for meeting Dimitri. "Gabriel?" she called, keeping the doors shut.

"I'm going to meet Dimitri," she said hesitantly.

He glanced up "is everything alright?" he asked glancing down at where nuroo was

"Yes, it's fine. I just wanted to tell you," she replied.

He nodded and walked over to her, cupping her cheek gently "stay safe, my love."He brushed his lips against hers and sighed

She wanted to deepen the kiss and stay like this forever, but she pulled away reluctantly and smiled. "I will."

He nodded "I love you," he looked her in the eyes before returning to his desk "will you be back before we leave for the Night Circus?"

"Of course. I wouldn't miss it for the whole world," she assured him, taking the keys from her pocket and leaving.

He nodded and sighed "Ill see you soon." Making sure Nathalie had left, he opened the drawer "ready?" He ask the kwami
"Yes."

Nathalie headed for the park and saw Dimitri waiting for her. She took a deep breath and approached.
He smiled when he saw her coming. "Nathalie!" He stood up and embraced her warmly, kissing her softly on both cheeks.
She forced a convincing smile. "Hello, Dimitri."
"Sit down," he invited.

He switched into Hawkmoth and headed upstairs to his moth room.
"Find him..ah yes..Demitri." a moth landed in his hand
"Find this liar and evilize him!"
The mother flew off
"Careful not to get her." He instructed

"May I see your newest ideas, my love?" he asked, looking from her eyes to the notebook in her hands.
"Yes, of course," she said quietly, handing over the sketchbook.

The moth looked for somewhere to land, finally resting on a designer watch he had peeking through his blazer.
"Hello Truther. I am Hawkmoth"

"Hello, Hawkmoth," Dimitri replied darkly.
Nathalie's eyes widened, and she quickly stood up. "Gabriel…" she muttered.
