Shiara raised an eyebrow, and summoned her flames. "Absolutely!" she was already in stance when Sirus strode into the middle of the field.
"Anna" he turned to her, "We can't risk any injuries, so remember; no wounds. Nothing more than a bruise at most. Go too far and many of us will step in." he warned.
“Understood.” Anna said, smiling.
She closed her eyes once more, and everything looked normal. Although oddly enough, she was glowing slightly.
“You can start.” Anna was very, very confident in herself.
Shiara nodded, and Sirus stepped out of the way. Shiara lunged for Anna, blades flashing as she began her advance in a series of high speed slashes.
Anna ducked each, and she had suddenly disappeared.
No one could tell, but she had shifted so that she was invisible, getting behind Shiara. She tapped Shiara on the shoulder, saying, “Behind you!” Before getting back in front of her silently.
Shiara whipped around, frowning as she tried to figure out where Anna had gone. "Auras!" she summoned a wave of healing aura, which went straight to Anna, focusing it to a smaller amount of Aura she charged Anna once more.
Anna frowned. Her usual trick wouldn’t work, unfortunately.
No more than a bruise. she had to remind herself.
Anna stepped out of the way, leading Shiara around in a circle, hoping to dizzy her before she could react. After a few seconds of Shiara and Anna going in a tight circle, Anna stepped out, leaving Shiara dizzy, before landing a solid hit to Shiara’s face, and then she stepped back, letting Shiara recover. It wouldn’t leave more than a bruise.
Shiara shifted as she fell back, growling. "You aren't gonna get away with that!" she said summoning flames this time, "Just because we can't hurt each other doesn't mean I won't force you to dodge an attack that might!" she forced the flames into several whips, each swiping in Anna's direction.
“I’m not?” Anna asked, smirking.
Anna went invisible again, moving so she was once again behind Shiara. “You know?”
Once Shiara had been made aware that Anna was near, Anna finished what she was saying, moving from Shiara’s left and right side, then to the back on each word.
“I think I just might get away with it.”
On the last word Shiara lunged, shifting and tackling Anna round the middle, quickly setting a ring of fire around them, limiting Anna's fighting space.
“Oh, hon. Next time you attempt to fight somebody, double check their weaknesses. And their strengths.” Anna said, stepping through the fire. “I’m immune. My mother was an Ironsmith. The only people who can be Ironsmiths are fire witches. So try again next time.”
Shiara smirked, "And maybe you should double check what you tell your opponents" she said, summoning her fire whips. lashing them out at Anna, knocking her over and then lifting her up in the air with them. "Cause this means I can up my game a little!"
Anna cursed. “You got me there.” She smiled. Even though she was currently losing, she enjoyed the fighting.
Suddenly, she was gone. Hoping Shiara would just assume she had turned invisible. Instead, she was extremely small, almost too small to see. On the way down, she made herself bigger again.
Shiara spotted her as soon as she came back to normal size, Twisting she cartwheeled away, shifting and then lunging at her, shifting again as she got the momentum, and tackled Anna again.
Anna hit Shiara in the stomach, not hard enough to really hurt badly, but hard enough to knock the wind out of her. Anna rolled away quickly, getting ok top of Shiara, keeping her pinned down.
Shiara shifted again, wrapping her legs around Anna's body before rolling shifting again and ending up on top with a fire dagger to Anna's throat. "This means I've won!" she said laughing.
Anna smiled. “I suppose you have. Good job.”
Shiara released her flames, getting to her feet and offering a hand to Anna, "I know I won, but it wasn't a fair battle, seeing as you don't know which lines to toe."
Anna let Shiara help her up. “I’m in your territory, I need to follow your rules. It’s okay. You won, fair and square.”
"Right" said Shiara, "Don't worry to much"
Shiara grinned, stepping out of the way as a black and silver haired man (his name is Eclipse) came up with Glaciero.
"Mind if we take the field?" asked Eclipse.
Anna stepped away from the field, towards Jack and Reed.
Shiara got out of the way too, Watching as Glaciero drew his jagged sword, and Eclipse drew a staff.
Jack grabbed Anna’s wrist when she sat down again, saying quietly, “Forgot how much I hate it when you fight with people.”
Eclipse and Glaciero studied each other, circling.
“I’m fine.” Anna whispered comfortingly.
“I know.” Jack replied quietly.
Suddenly they clashed, both of them using a silver-blue aura niether would appear to possess.
Jack jumped a bit. Anna put her arm around Jack, startled to feel him shaking.
Reed gave her a look.
Reed put a bubble of silence and invisibility around them, making so they couldn’t hear anything said outside, and no one outside could hear or see anything inside.
“Jack, I’m okay. I’m right here. What’s wrong?” Anna asked gently and calmly.
Jack was already having trouble breathing.
(Woah what is going on???)
Glaciero and Eclipse launched an aura burst at each other, useing identical incantations. "Luna Burst!"
(Jack has bad, bad PTSD. Anna and Shiara fighting triggered a panic attack)
“Jack, you’re safe. Alastair isn’t here. Neither is Dalton. No one’s going to hurt you here.”
(Yes, that Dalton. In my book, he’s actually an adult, I just made him younger for the other RP. And Dalton sucks big time.)
