Eden’s POV:
I swallowed, Sterling’s breath causing me to shiver involuntarily. I nodded before putting the friendliest smile I could muster, and waved.
“Hello, there,” I greeted them softly. “I’m Eden. It’s a pleasure spending the day with all of you.”
Sterling’s POV:
I smiled at Eden for a moment before turning back to the kids. With a smile, I raised my hand in greeting.
“And I’m Sterling. I can’t wait to hang out with you guys today!” I exclaimed.

I raised my hand and gave them all a small wave. "I'm Violeta, it's really nice to meet you guys! You can call me whatever you want."

Eden’s POV:
“We brought gifts and food,” I added softly. “So do look forward to them.”
Sterling's POV:
"And we're definitely good with playing games or drawing pictures or reading with you guys. What ever you want to do, we're down for it," I said, grinning around the room.
Gray’s POV:
The kids looked at us apprehensively, judging the friendliness we had on our features. Until one of them cheered.
“What food did you get us?” He exclaimed, looking like he hadn’t been eating delicious food in a long time. “And you got us toys, too…?”
Violeta nodded, smiling widely. “Yeah, we did. We’ve got all kinds of food too, want to see?”
Eden’s POV:
The kids nodded in agreement, happiness spread across their features. When was the last time they received presents…?
One girl in particular walked up to Sterling. She was short and rather squishy in the cheeks, had golden hair tied in twin tails. She looked up at him with an eyebrow raised.
“You’re tall,” she commented.
Sterling's POV:
I looked down at the little girl and released Eden to bend down to her height. With a chuckle, I smiled at her gently.
"Oh, yeah? Well, I'm sure you'll be tall one day, too," I said softly, playfully tugging on a pigtail. "What's your name, sweetheart?"
Eden’s POV:
Of course, I snorted to myself. He even attracts little girls.
The girl pushed his hand away from her hair, pouting at him and crossing her arms.
“Estella,” she answered crossly before holding up four fingers. “I’m five!”

Sterling's POV:
I grinned back at the girl and helped her hold up another finger. "There you go. That's five," I said with a chuckle. "Estella is a beautiful name. Did you know that it means 'star'? My name is Sterling, and the beautiful lady with me is Eden."

Eden’s POV:
I smiled softly as I watched him with the girl, unconsciously imagining him with our before I immediately shook the thought out of my head.
“Really?” Estella asked, finally smiling brightly, looking over at me before she turned back to Sterling. “It means ‘star’?”
I rolled my eyes. Of course.
All the other kids had gathered around Gray and Violeta, excited for the gifts. I already explained to both of them about distributing them, so I needed need to worry.
My eyes caught a line child at the corner of the room, playing with a toy train by himself. I raised an eyebrow, slowly walking towards him.

A group of kids had encircled Gray and I, reminding me ironically of a tiny group of sharks. “Alright, line up,” I began to say, but a little boy cut me off by tugging on the sleeve of my hoodie. “You’re reaaaally pretty.” He drew the ‘really’ out for a solid five seconds. I smiled, admittedly amused as he continued. “Can I marry you?”
Gray’s POV:
My eyes widened at the kid. Did he just— did I hear that right? Did that brat ask to marry his girlfriend?
I responded by wrapping my arms around her waist, pulling her back to my chest as I rested my head on her forehead.
“Sorry, little man,” I drawled. “This one’s mine.”
Caught off guard when I felt Gray’s arms slide around my waist, I stumbled backwards and into his chest. After hearing his borderline snarky response, I craned my head and raised an eyebrow at him, whispering “Jealous of the six year-old?”
Just to tease him, I pulled away and knelt in front of the kid. “Wow, that’s really nice of you. What’s your name?”
He grinned goofily. “Thomas.”
Gray’s POV:
I narrowed my eyes at my girlfriend.
“Hey,” I reached out for her. “You were mine first!”
I know it was stupid to be jealous of a little kid. But that was my girlfriend! I wanted to marry her one day.
“If you want her, kid, you’ll have to go through me,” I raised an eyebrow at Thomas.
I stuck my tongue out at Gray and swatted his hands away. “Behave,” I told him teasingly and turned back to Thomas. “I love that name! Have you watched that show, about the train named Thomas?”
Gray’s POV:
I walked away, crossing my arms and pouting.
“Fine, have it your way,” I grumbled. “I’m cute, too…”

I continued to chat with a few of the children, my heart warming.
Meanwhile, a little girl with short black hair was approaching Gray.
