"Awesome." Marlee returned his smile.

As Marlee explained the instructions, Cory managed to get on Snickers.

(It's all good, and my twin exaggerated.)
Marlee smiled. "All good?"

"Yeah, let's do it." Cory smiled.

"Do you want me to walk Snickers around first before you ride on your own?" Marlee asked.

"Yeah that'd be nice," He replied as Snickers shifted and he drew in a nervous breath.

Marlee took the lead rope and hooked it to Snickers bridle. "Don't worry, I gotcha." She said in a reassuring tone. Maybe I'll kiss him while we make cookies?

Cory gave a nervous laugh, "I'm glad you've got me, otherwise I would've panicked a lot…"

(Do you mind if after you post the next thing about horse riding we can time skip to the baking of cookies?)

"Don't worry." Marlee said. "I wouldn't let you fall, love." She covered her mouth instantly. I did not just say that out loud!

Once they were in the house, Cory hadn't spoken much after Marlee had called him 'love' he didn't know how to respond and he was too confused if she had meant it or not, "S-so," He mumbled quietly, "What kind of cookies are we making?"

"Well, we could make chocolate chip. Only if you want though. Also, I'm sorry about earlier." Marlee nervously rubbed her arm. He probably hates me, or finds me repulsive!

Marlee smiled. "All good?"

(Oh, shut up…)

"Chocolate chip sounds fine and it;s okay." He gave a small smile.

"Okay." Marlee returned his smile. Ugh you're such an idiot!

Cory really wanted to hug her and maybe kiss her but he couldn't bring up the courage, I'd pass out trying and then she'd see she was wrong for liking me…

Marlee wanted to kiss him. She grabbed out the ingredients and made sure to stand very close to him. She lightly bumped him with her shoulder.

Cory pressed slightly closer to Marlee, he felt safe around her.

Marlee looked up at him. He had nice eyes, she just wanted to look at them all day.

Cory met Marlee's gaze and gave a soft smiled, before wrapping his arms around her.

Marlee smiled. "This is nice." She said, muffled into his shirt.

"Yeah…" He rested his head on her's.

Marlee breathed in his scent. She was tempted to look up into his eyes.

He wanted to kiss her, instead, he hugged her closer and looked down at her.

She was so tempted to lean up and kiss him. She looked up at him. Their faces were so close together.

He stared at her, their faces were so close, her lips so close to his…

She blushed and leaned in a little closer, hoping he would break the rest of the distance.

He watched her pull closer and he closed the gap, his lips connected with hers

Marlee felt his lips meet her's. They were so soft. She ran her tongue along his lips to try to win dominance. She hoped he would fight her for it.
