Harper rested her chin on her arms that were hugging her knees. "What about me?" She asked, smiling despite her tear-stained face. "Don't I get a nickname?"

"Hm…I don't really know you well enough to know a good one." Cade tilted his head.

Quinn bounded from Scarlet's arms to Harper's. She looked up at Harper, her blue eyes bright against her white fur.

Willow sobbed.

Chelsea looked at her sadly, Chelsea had run out of tears.

Harper smiled. "Hi Quinn. I faintly remember waking up a few times in the castle to a bunny sniffing my face. Was that you? Or was that just a random rabbit that got into my room?" She said, stroking her fur. "And Cade you barely know any of us."

Scarlet smiled gebtly at Harper. "How 'bout Harpy?"

Willow reached an arm out and pulled at Chelsea's hair. Something in her eyes had changed. "Chelsea-Friend? I wonder what you would taste like in a stew."

Chelsea remembered the crystal dagger, how would it feel, to have it cut your skin?
Would you feel pain or relief? Wouldn’t the crystal look so pretty with fresh blood on it.

“I wonder too.” Chelsea said stiffly.

Quinn tilted her head to the side, and nodded. She would hear Harper screaming down the halls from bad dreams when they were younger, and she decided to go and see her. None of her friends had known that she could shape shift, so it was especially useful for hide and seek.

Harper groaned. "Oh no not Harpy. ANYTHING BUT HARP–" It had been her brother's nickname for her. "Actually…………………….my brother used to call me that." She said softly.

"Harpy. That works." Cade responded.

Scarlet smiled softly. "Harpy it is, then. so, we've got Locky, Harpy, Bunny, and Princess."

Willow giggled and hugged Chelsea, dripping blood onto her.

Chelsea forced a laugh, she felt the blood touch her skin. When Willow released her, she realized her skin was so plain. So plain without the blood. Wouldn’t she look so much prettier with blood?

Quinn bounded back to her spot, and returned to her normal self, sitting down next to Cade and Scarlet.

Willow stood up and licked the blood from her hand, "Chelsea-Friend, where's Scarling? I feel like strangling someone."

Chelsea tilted her head a little, she twirled to face Scarlet. “There.”

Harper smiled. "M'kay." She looked at Cade. Then she realized something. He looked like Benjamin. Her lip quivered slightly. Shattered and broken memories rushed into Harper's mind. The way Benjamin would swing her around, the way he ran into her room to comfort her when she was scared, the way his eyes shined when he laughed as Harper tripped over her feet when she was little.

Scarlet froze. “Pardon?!”
