She blushed. "Haven't you already?"
She blushed. "Haven't you already?"
"That's not the kind of kiss I'm talking about, and I think you know that." She stated, glancing down at Reese's lips.
Reese blushed furiously. "I-I… I, uh… Um…"
"I won't unless you say it's alright, Reese."
"Uh, um, not yet?"
She nodded, but didn't move. She was comfortable right where she was. "I'll take you out on a real date first, how 'bout that?"
Reese nodded. "Alright."
"So, talk to me about your family."
"Well, it's me, my parents, and my sister," she started.
A. nodded, listening intently.
"Outside the smaller dorm hall. By the baseball fields." She glanced over at the fields, hoping that he knew where they were.
"Got it." He answered, driving towards the place. When he reached it he took of the helmet and waved over to Bridget. "I'm here!" He called out, taking the other helmet to hand to her.
A. nodded, listening intently.
"My parents always kinda pressured me to staying close to home. I guess that's why I chose somewhere far away-ish."

She stared at him with wide eyes. "Oh my God…"
"Oh, I guess I forgot to mention the motorcycle." He said sheepishly, rubbing his neck slightly.
"Yes, you did," she replied shortly. "How am I supposed to ride on that?"
"All you have to do is hold on to my waist and you'll be fine." He encouraged, handing her the helmet.
"My parents always kinda pressured me to staying close to home. I guess that's why I chose somewhere far away-ish."
"Makes sense, wanting to get away from pressure like that."
"All you have to do is hold on to my waist and you'll be fine." He encouraged, handing her the helmet.
She bit her lip, looking from him to the helmet before taking it. "Um, okay…" She still looked incredibly skeptical.
"Come on, it's not all that bad. And don't worry, I won't hurt that face of yours." He said with another smile. He patted the spot behind him to show where she would sit.
"Makes sense, wanting to get away from pressure like that."
"Yeah. But I love my parents a lot. They're really supportive."
"Come on, it's not all that bad. And don't worry, I won't hurt that face of yours." He said with another smile. He patted the spot behind him to show where she would sit.
She put the helmet on and slid behind him slowly.
"That's good at least. Maybe that means they'll be more accepting."
"I don't think they'll be accepting of you. You're not their type."
"I was talking about accepting you, sweetheart. I couldn't care less what they think of me at this point." She huffed a laugh.
"They won't accept me ever again if they find out I've done this…" Reese murmured.
"They care about you, don't they?"
"Yes," Reese sighed. "I just… couldn't stand how much influence they had over my high school choices. I thought college was the opportunity to get out from under their protective shell.
((this is such a serious conversation to be having while A straddles her lap, lol
"If they do care about you, it's going to be easier for them even if it does take a little bit of time for them to get used to the idea."
(I know. XD)
Reese smiled softly. "Thank you."
"For what?" She asked, a bit confused.
