Livy flinched. Why must everyone yell?

Eliana cowered a bit, feeling sorry that she yelled. "I'm sorry. This is just very stressful. For everyone." She returned to her spot on the floor.

Adelaide stood there, shocked. Her mouth moved and formed a straight, stoic line. “I can’t. I have other problems.” She turned to leave.

"I know. It's okay. It's just………..my parents died recently………..they were killed by a gang when we were walking home from a restaurant." Livy told Eliana.

Eliana had an urge to grab her and tell her that she couldn't just leave. That she had a mission and was dragged here for a reason. But she kept her mouth shut and fiddled with her bow instead.

Livy grabbed Adeliade's arm gently. "Ad, please. No time will even pass here. You need to stay here."

Mitsig started to feel terrible. The yelling made him feel itchy inside. He fiddled with his ring to comfort himself. "I –I don't like all this noise," he mumbled to himself.

Livy nodded at Mitsig. "Neither do I kid."
(lol she'll probably just call Mitsig 'kid', even though he's only three years younger then her.)

Mitsig didn't say anything. He just kept twirling his ring around.

Adelaide shook her head. “You don’t understand. Maia needs me.”

"And you can help her when we get back." She flinched. She shouldn't have said anything. She went and joined Mitsig. "You doing okay?"

"No time will pass Ad, I promise."

Adelaide hesitated. “Fine. But explain to me, what exactly are we trying to do here?”

"I-I'm not sure. Exactly." Livy faltered.

“Why are we here? Start there.”

"I don't know why you're here, but the rest of us are here because we've been training for something like this for the whole of our short teenage lives. But you might be here for a different reason…….." Livy rubbed her chin. "I don't know why yet. But there has to be a reason. And a good one." She started pacing, clearly distressed.

“And What is ‘something like this’, exactly?”

"The Snow Queen's sister has taken over Narnia. Mr. Tumnus can barely stay hidden himself, not to mention hiding everyone else. And of course, the prophecy is the reason that we all are here. But I haven't seen the prophecy, so I don't know it."

Adelaide furrowed her brow. “So we’re supposed to overthrow a magical snow witch. Us. Five teenagers.”

Five. "Five, fi–how do you know that there are five of us? There are only four of us in the room."

Adelaide cursed herself. “Coincidence?”

"No. No, you know something. Ad, you know why you were brought here. Why would you lie?"

“I— was kidnaped, really. I have no idea why I’m here.” The first statement was true, the second was not.

Livy sighed. "Okay. If you don't want to tell us what you know then fine. So then let's just wait for our fifth member to get here."

I’m supposed to take you down from the inside., she thought, but said nothing.

Sorry! She won’t actually end up doing so, but is it okay if some enemies threatened to hurt her sister if she didnt?)

(Sure……………………….lol when I say stuff like that I'm also being a little sarcastic, so don't take my words to heart. I'm very sarcastic.)
