L rolled her eyes, great she’d have to deal with this harpy for a whole week.

"It's a date! Want me to bring you flowers, too?" Rook asked, a shit-eating grin on her face as she placed her hands on Mrs. Harp's desk, leaning just a bit too close.

L chuckled, she really loved this girl. Shit…that was the first time she’s thought that.

The teacher paled a bit, not sure how to respond, and Rook spun around, linking her arm with L's and walking out the door. "Arrivederci, dear."

L smiled innocently at Mrs. Harp before she was dragged out the door.

"I love making teachers uncomfortable." Rook said as she bounced down an empty side hall.

“Thanks for that. She was pissing me off.”

"Anytime babe." She pulled to a stop and leaned against a locker, sighing. "Sure takes a lot outta ya though. I don't know if I'll make it to my next class."

“I’ll carry you if you want” she offered randomly.
