Abaddon had been dozing on top of Grayson, but had awoken with an annoyed whine when he heard the phone going off. He grudgingly grabbed it, answering it with a tired grunt

Grayson shifted a little and reached out to pull Abaddon back down against his chest.

Abaddon was quickly met with frantic pleading, the person on the phone talking a million miles an hour. "Hey, hey, slow down," they told the person, who only slowed a bit before beginning to start talking again, saying someone had been kidnapped and needed rescuing

Grayson frowned, pushing himself up on his elbow and watching Abaddon. “Who is it? What’s wrong?” He asked quietly.

Abaddon held a finger up, asking Grayson quietly to wait a moment. After a minute or two he told the person on the phone he would do what he could before hanging up. "A friend of a friend has been kidnapped. They want me to retrieve him," he explained

“Oh..my god. Do you know where they are?” Grayson asked, getting to his feet.

"In a couple minutes, I will," Abaddon answered, sitting up and stretching before reaching into what looked like a drawer in his side

“Oh my god my boyfriend’s a dresser.” Grayson whispered, looking over at Abaddon.

"Oh, shut up," Abaddon said, rolling his eyes before pulling an entire spellbook out of the drawer and closing it before going through the book

Grayson rest his head in his hand, covering his mouth and shaking with silent giggles.

"Yeah, yeah, keep laughing and I'll give you a drawer," Abaddon muttered bitterly, finally landing on the page he wanted

Grayson snickered again and leaned back into the couch. “What are you doing anyway?”

"A simple summoning ritual to find the latest dumbass I've been asked to find," Abaddon said with a small chuckle
