When it got to a point where the pain was just too much to handle, Carter passed out. It was always easier for his body to heal when he was unconscious.

(K, friends, I'm back.)
Ferran nodded slowly. "That sounds like it could work."

As Carter passed out, Mirage pulled the trigger. The man dropped to the floor.

Alanna raised an eyebrow, “When I collapse, I better not hit a wall or something.” She then looked at the general area of the guards and lowered the air pressure. The air getting too thin for the guards to breathe in, slowly one by one, they collapsed. Then Alanna raised the pressure to its original state. “C’mon, I hear Carter screaming- that’s not good.”

Ferran followed Alanna past the unconscious guards. "Where's Mirage? Weren't we supposed to meet her inside?"

“I heard Carter scream… Oh no. Please don’t-“ Alanna sighed, “We have another issue, Fairy.”

"What?"

“… she’s probably inside the room with Carter.”

Ferran put his head in his hands. "Great, that's great! What are we gonna do?"

“Can you come up with an idea-the world is slightly spinning for me.”

"Guys, Carter is hurt really bad." Mirage said. Popping into visibility beside Alanna.

Alanna nearly screamed, “Don’t do that, you’ll get us caught ‘cause I’m going to scream or something. Wait is Mirage actually here, or is this a hallucination?”

"It's called a projection, and I'm with Carter. Some guy was torturing him. Carter's out cold, regenerating."

“Oh.. right.” Alanna winced, “Do you know who?”

Mirage pondered for a moment."No, not really. He's got one heck of a scar running from his left eyebrow to his chin though."

“That’s helpful.”

(Anyone wanna bring this back?)
Ferran paused. "What's our plan of attack?"

“Well, this villain is quite strong. When we attack, we should leave someone behind in case the other two get captured as well.” Alanna suggested.

"Don't say me."

“Well I’m going to collapse. Honestly there’s no good place to put me.”

"So what do I do about Carter?"

"Has scar dude left the room yet?"

"No. I tazed him."

"Sick!" Ferran thought for a moment. "Okay Are there any closets around? Cause we could hide Alanna in one. As for Carter, if he wakes up while we're rescuing him he's gonna resist. Any thoughts on how to get him out quietly?"

“Why would you… ugh never mind.” Alanna grumbled.

"Ferran. I'm in a locked room. We need to be thinking on how to open the door first."

“I exist too.”
