"Oh. Nevermind then." Jackson backs away again, "where did you even find that. I thought. Ya know. Since there are hardly anymore farms and what not."

"black market."

Jackson rolls his eyes, "Well duh. But… how do you know anything you give your 'patients' isnt poison?"

"using 4 rules. Have trust in the person you are buying from. Let the person know that you are the only doctor down here. make sure they know you could kill them. And lastly if you don't trust it take it yourself."

"Holy shit man." Jackson leans away dramatically, "Wait. Why am I here instead of with your 'patients'?"

"I don't have any patients at the moment. I also don't usually have patients that stay over night."

Jackson frowns, "Why did you tell me the last part?"

"because you made it sound like there should be patients always here. I don't even live here."

"Oh. Ok. Calm down." Jackson raises his hands, "I was just wondering." He looks around the room again awkwardly a, "How long have I been here?"

Colden sighed for a moment to think. "um around 6 hours at most."

"Oh." Jackson rubs the back of his head thoughtfully. He sighs and walks back to the sofa and sits down

"yep." Colden said.

He rubs his eyes with his knuckles like a small child.

"tired." He asked leaning against a wall.

"Yep. It was a lot in one day." Jackson sighs

"need me to knock you out?" Colden asked jokingly.

Jackson looks up at him, "Was that a joke?" He had never heard a joke in years.

"only of you wish it to be. Because I could get you something that will take a few minutes to knock you out."

"If you do that. Then who knows if I never wake up again?"

"true you don't trust easily." Colden said then tossed keys at the guy. "But I will trust you not to steal anything. I'm going home."

Jackson catches the keys with a loud squawk of confusion, "Wait. You're trusting me with this place?"

"Kinda. I'm not really sure. All I know is that I am going home." Colden said and walked to the door.

Jackson was slightly confused but shrugs and pockets the keys. He looks around the place before sitting back down on the couch

Colden walked out then walked to the door to get back to ground level. From there he walked home quietly. Not once being stopped by anyone.

Jackson yawns, rubbing the bump on his forehead. It still was bleeding slightly but he didnt do any thing about it

Colden got to his tiny apartment then went to sleep on the floor.

Jackson had ransacked the second room. He was looking through the shelves.

Colden got up and started walking back to the blackmarket to get to his shop.
