"You sure you're okay?" asked Rykah, "I mean if you really want we could head down and see if Barron's made food"

“I’m fine!”

Rykah got to his feet, "Will come on we don't hafta-" he was cut off as he noticed his glowing wings and tail. Gold streaks had appeared in both.

Will managed to ignore this, closing his eyes. If Rykah could just stop talking….

"What the??" Rykah stretched out one wing to take a closer look.

Will opened his eyes. “Is that normal?”

Rykah looked up, a huge grin plastered on his face, "Forget staying in bed!" he said rushing to the wardrobe to pull on a vest. "We gotta get downstairs right now!" he didn't even wait to get the jacket on before heading for the port hole jumping through it to land with a thump in the next hallway. "You coming Will?!" he called excitedly.

“Yeah….” Will followed, not totally sure what was going on.

Rykah only barely waited for Will to get down the first ladder before hopping into the living room. Barron was up and munching on some fruit salad. "You're up early I see" he said tossing Rykah an apple, Rykah caught it, his tail going just a bit wild with excitement. "Barron I think Dad's here!" he said happily, "Tell mom when she gets up ok! I'm gonna take Will out to the meeting spot!"
Barron gave him a weird look, "Been awhile since we've seen Luminero around here. But alright!" he laughed when he saw Rykah's tail.
(Think excited puppy tail and fluffy wings!)

“Wait, What?” Will was extremely confued, his mind going much slower than it should’ve.

Rykah grabbed Will's arm pulling him out the door, "Come on Will! There's someone I want you to meet!" He ran almost top speed through the streets, heading for the edge of the island.

Will kept up as best he could. “What’s going on?!”

"I told you there's someone we have to meet!" yelled Rykah happily, weaving through the market place on the edge of town and into the forest. "My dad's here for a visit!"

“Oh!” Will yelled back.
His father?

Rykah tore headlong into the woods, towing Will in his wake. Suddenly they broke into a clearing where a blue, gold, and violet orb of magic morphed into a portal. When it finally closed there was a huge golden furred wolf in it's place, the wolf also had streaks of blue, violet and silver, as well as large wings. "Dad!" Rykah said it happily as he hugged the wolf and climbed on top of him. The wolf laughed nuzzling him, and enveloping Rykah in his own wings.

Will raised his eyebrows.
That’s new….
(I am afraid that I’m about to leave for the airport, to finally go back home, so I must go.)

(Ok! Have a nice flight!)
"Who's your freind?" asked the wolf standing up causing Rykah to slip off laughing.

“I’m Will.” Will said, saving.

"Pleased to meet you" said the wolf, flicking Rykah with one wing before shifting to human form, and betting to his feet. "I'm surprised you actually came out here kiddo, I know you're not a morning person" he laughed.

“No kidding.” Will muttered quietly.

Rykah glared at Luma, before rolling to his feet, "Like I'd miss a chance to see you!" he said happily.
Luma sighed, and ruffled Rykah's hair before stepping up to Will, "it's nice to see Rykah's finally made a freind," he said with a grin.

Will blushed. Friend? he thought to himself.

Luma raised and eyebrow at that, giving Rykah a small look. Rykah blushed at the look too. Luma flung his hands up in the air, "Don't hurt my son ok?" he said before stalking off to town, "I'm going to visit your mother and Barron alright!" he yelled back to Rykah. He chuckled to himself, Kids

“Does he-?” Will trailed off.

"I have no idea.." said Rykah with bewilderment.

“Cool….”
(My flight has been delayed 3 hours and 15 minutes…. I might have to drive home. Yay)

(You've been at the airport all this time?!)
"Well…" rykah shrugged, "I don't think he'll tell unless one of us brings it up…" he blushed awkwardly.

(Yeah….. still am. They have to get a new airplane….)
“Well, that’s a plus.”

"Yeah…" Rykah stood there a bit unsure of what to do now… Now how do I tell dad about Will's issue? I mean.. Dad might be able to get him home!

“Should we head back?”
