Here they are… Use them next time you go to sleep, love!
-Studies suggest that a certain trick can help you. The trick is: each time you wake up after a nightmare, jot down what happened, but alter the events of your nightmare as you write. Make them a bit more positive each time.
-Watch something pleasant that you like, eat some food that you like as well. Fall asleep to a positive subliminal or a bit of positive music you like.
-Improve your sleep hygiene. This means only sleep at a certain time, and don't use your bed for anything else.
