Katya nodded and watched Esmae, "Can do. Come on guys let's go."
Katya nodded and watched Esmae, "Can do. Come on guys let's go."
"I can ride a little," Vida said as she picked out a smaller horse with a calm demeanor, "Nathan, you can go with me! I'll try to be careful. I promise."
"Well, this horse is ready. Does anyone else know how to put on a saddle so we can take another horse?" Esmae that it would be difficult if she were the only one, and if so, she was definitely going to teach all of them. "And Vida, you can ride enough to not get either of you hurt?"
“I think so. My brother taught me how to ride. I wasn’t great at it, but I can keep us safe,” Vida said, sounding pretty confident.
"Alright. Well, can you put a saddle on?" Though she knew how to ride, it didn't mean she knew how to get a horse saddled up. Esmae started to put her things on the packs that hung on each side of the horse.
“It’s been a while, but I do know how,” Vida said.
She grabbed a saddle and started trying to put it on the horse. While she was having trouble doing it efficiently, she was at least doing it correctly.
Katya held onto her bag because she didn't feel safe putting it on the horse. At the very least they were getting somewhere.
"Alright." Esmae mounted the horse and held a hand out for Katya. The horse was pretty tall and if she doesn't know how to ride then she was going to need help up.
Vida looked to Nathan after she got the saddle on and wondered if she should get on first or help him up first.
Katya took Esmae's hand and pulled herself up onto the horse. The horse's back was only a little taller than her, what? She's a tall kid.
(Blup)
“Is everyone ready?” Vida asked, helping Nathan up and then carefully climbing on the back of the horse herself.
"I am." Esmae took the reins, determination in her eyes.
Uriah
Uriah stumbled to the ground as the young boy in front of his knocked his feet out from under him. He knew he was told not to underestimate him, but he did. He's more skilled than I thought. The more hits he got on Uriah, the more the crowd cheered for him. Uriah stood, blood dripping from his mouth. There's no way I'm going to lose here. A picture of Luna flashed in his mind for a moment before disappearing. Not now. The kid ran straight towards Uriah. Uriah stood there for a moment before stepping slightly to the left and clothes lining him. The you boy fell to the ground choking for air. While he was down Uriah continued to kick and punch the boy, he didn't want to, but this is Panther's guild.
Katya nodded and looked to where to put her hands, eventually just holding onto the saddle, "So am I."
Trembling just a little, Vida nodded.
“Let’s do this.”
Esmae tapped the side of the horse to make it go. Soon enough the horse went off down the road. How are the adults going to react when they notice we are gone? She hoped they wouldn't be too angry. "Wow, this feels amazing. I haven't ridden in a while."
"It feels strange," Katya commented, "Is it cause I've never done it before?"
"Probably. Make sure you bounce with the horse." Esmae wanted to know how long they were going to be riding till they stopped for a break. It was still night, so maybe until afternoon.
Uriah
"Hey bud." Jax wrapped his arms around Uriah, and led him down the hall. "Panther wants to talk to you." It has been a few hours since his fight, and his body was still sore. "Um, okay." Jax opened an elevator, since Panther's office was at the top floor. It was completely silent the whole way there, and Uriah was getting a bad feeling. Uriah had never actually been up here yet, and he's never met Panther. He was praying he wouldn't recognize him. Opening the door, immediately as he walked through pain shot up his leg and he fell to the ground. Panther stood where he was and put the gun on his desk. "I thought assassin didn't use guns?" Uriah glared clutching his leg to maybe stop the bleeding a bit. "Uriah, I'm sad to see you alive. I'm glad Zhavia's dead, she was too soft to be a assassin." As soon Uriah heard Zhavia's name his blood boiled. How dare he talk about her. Quickly, Uriah stood and punched Pather knocking him back, bit only a little. "Take him to the basement. Jax from behind, kicked the back of Uriah's head knocking him out
(Shoooooooot)
Katya looked at Esmae strangely, "How do I do that?"
(Should we skip again?)
(I'm thinking that's probably a good idea)
(I agree.)
(Still open?)
(It’s been closed for a while, I think, but you’re welcome to read what we have)
(Hey bec. When should we skip to? Stark doesn’t seem to be around right now.)
(Uhhh maybe to when the kids get there?)
(Sounds good.)
(Should we have be like two days later? because that's about how long Uriah took to get there)
(Yeah or longer.)
(I'm fine with whatever, as long as it wasn't just one day.)
