She smiled slightly, turning to look at them “You two be safe now, okay?”

Caleb nodded in agreement. “Thank you.”

"We will, thank you again." Kyle gave her a small smile.

She smiled again before taking back off into the distance, towing the mugger behind her.

Kyle released a breath and rested his head on Caleb's shoulder, "Well that was an experience."

“Are you okay?!” He asked in concern, completely losing his cool as soon as Electrica was gone.

Kyle nodded, "Yeah, I'm cool. Get it, 'cause I have ice powers…" He chuckled to himself.

He took a deep breath ‘nothing actually happened, he’s fine.’ “Very clever” he said sarcastically. “Well, I was gonna shoot that guy anyway…but I’m still glad Electrica showed up.”

"You don't have a gun, Caleb." He muttered, moving slightly so he could give him a look. Damn, his tiredness was finally catching up with him.

He raised an eyebrow and pulled a pistol out of his pocket. “You really have no idea how paranoid I am do you?”

Kyle blinked a few times, "Damn, okay. Good to know I shouldn't piss you off."

He laughed “I’d never shoot you though. Bullets are expensive, so I tend to save them for the bad guys.”

Kyle nodded, "That's good to know for the future," He sighed, "Now what?"

“Well that put a damper on the mood, so I guess I should take you back to your place.”

"You don't have to, we can still go to the park if you want."

“You sure? Because if you’re tired it’s okay to call it a night.”

"I'm sure. I want to hang out with you more so…" He shrugged.

“Well I’m not just gonna disappear after today, I’ll promise you that.”

"I know I know. But is it such a crime to want to hang out with a pretty face for a little longer?"

He smiled lightly, “last I checked, it definitely wasn’t a crime. Hopefully no one bothers us.” He said, taking his hand again.

He smiled softly and nodded, "Mhm, at least I know you can defend us if anything else goes wrong."

“Damn right I will.” He smiled. “Now for real, we’re almost there.”

Kyle nodded, "Okay, cool."

They got there without further incident. Luckily, there weren’t too many other people around. “Looks like it’s pretty much just us.” He commented.

"That's good. People suck." He sighed and let the cool breeze wash over him like a blanket.

Caleb smiled, just a bit. He was glad he’d talked to Kyle this morning. Plus finding out about Kyle’s powers….he had to try to keep him safe. But still more than anything, he just enjoyed being with him.

Kyle sighed a little and let the cool air wash over him. He smiled softly up at Caleb, taking in his features for a moment before looking away and walking over to a near by bench.

He felt a small blush creep up his cheeks. Kyle was just so freaking precious. He followed close behind him.

Kyle sat down and once Caleb was sitting next to him, he rested his head on his shoulder, "Why can't it be snowing?" He asked quietly, "It'd be prettier here."

“It probably would be.” He replied softly, gently taking his hand again. He took another deep breath of the cold air. “This is my favorite time of the day.”

"Why? Because there's no people around?" He asked playfully, giggling quietly after he spoke.
