I'm sorry this is incredibly off topic but lately I've been feeling weird romantically and I've felt weird and off for a few days and I don't know what to do about it but I don't like it

Like . . . idk I'm usually a pretty touchy-feely person and I'm usually pretty comfortable with physical touch but lately, I have not been at all. Like every time my boyfriend hugs me or puts his arm around me or puts his hand on my knee or touches me romantically it makes me super uncomfortable and I tense up a little bit. And kissing just feels gross. I've hated doing anything remotely romantic for the past three days and I don't know why.

Maybe hormones tbh. I get like that too.
