She ignored his comment, walking to the back of the room/cave/whatever, humming something quietly, it sounded as if she was mimicking an instrument of some kind.
(Loch would most likely eat it just because she probably can)
Nmere: "Tell me, Loch, what is the land of your birth like?"
"…Well, it's much like here, it has deep oceans, huge mountains, desert sands, diverse rainforests, cold tundras, marshes, all of which populated by dragons of all sorts. I, obviously, live in the sea, as a SeaWing of course." She chuckled, showing off her webbed talons and gills, "My friend, Gloam, however, is a RainWing, take a wild guess where she's from." "Three moons, I hope she's okay-" She added in a whisper.
"Anyway, I was hatched in the Deep Palace, like every SeaWing. It's not as nice as the Summer Palace was. Oh, now that was my favorite, too bad the SkyWings found it. And there was a war, but it's in the past and there's no need to talk about that, It's not a pleasant subject to discuss."
Nmere nodded "I see. Interesting."
"Should I say more about the other dragons? Like how our society works, what they look like, our powers and abilities, royal families, some history….. How the war ended?"
Nmere: "Perhaps it is better later. We should continue our journey."
"Journey?" she said, tilting her head curiously "What for?"
Soáki: "Before you came we were on our way to deliver this." Taps barrel with monster
Soáki: "Blob monster of doom."
Loch blinked and chuckled, "That's what you're calling it?" "I'm not gonna' open that if it is." she joked.
"I don't know, I'd assumed someone as smart as you would've given it something better." She taunted, flipping her tail up at the tip, her sarcasm was so on point you'd think she's telling the truth.
Soáki: "I never said I was smart. But if you say so… Well you're a dragon. I suppose you must be correct."
"Heh, I thought you said I was an overgrown lizard. But it's not much compared to a foam-brain like you." Loch joked again, flashing a glowing scale on her snout.
Soáki: "You are so asking for it."
"Uh, for what? For being an immigrant dragon who only growled at you because they know stories of how your kind act?" she said "Also, you really need to get your little male hormones under control."
Soáki: "My- Male hormones? What does that have to do with anything? And you know nothing about my kind!"
"So you're saying you're just a plain ass who abuses innocents?"
Soáki: "You go too far there. Say such a thing again and I will take away your ability to breath."
Soáki: "Don't you dare accuse me of harming those that were innocent!"
"Then what about me? I haven't even touched a little hair on your head, yet here you are, harassing me." she quipped, before scoffing "You're not worth my precious time anyway, I need to be looking for Gloam."
Soáki: "Go ahead then! It's not like your being very helpful!"
Loch shook herself of the extra water she'd collected after swimming, splattering the wall and nearby area with droplets. She took off within seconds, ignoring his protests.
A while after she had gone out to look for her a strange feeling came abruptly as if untouchable eyes were homing in on them.
The sound of scales slithering growing closer before-
"Rawr!!" a dragon yelled, coming out of nowhere with bright gold scales and talons in the air as if they were paused in attack.
Soáki notices a dragon whoosh by "Yay. She found her friend. Great."
Overcome with childlike giggles, they also gained a pink to their scales too, after a full minute of laughing they stopped, going into an orchid purple with sunset-like gradients on their underbelly, they sat down, and with a smile, greeted Soaki; "Hi, I'm Gloam, what's your name? I think it's Squish, you look like a Squish."
