“Same, oh my god.” Grinning like a madman, he scooped her up into his arms.

"Barr!" Kasey squeaked in surprise. She laughed again and leaned over to press a lingering kiss to his lips before pulling away. "This is going to be perfect."

"Definitely. The epitome of perfection," Kasey agreed with yet another giggle as she was swung around. "Are we ready? Can we go?"

Barry set her down, trying and failing to stifle his grin. “I’m ready if you are, love.”

“I’m so ready,” Kasey declared, her own grin matching her boyfriend’s. “I just have to close this bag, and then I’m done.”

"Fantastic."

Barry nudged her in the direction of the bag, eager for them to be on their way.

Kasey chuckled softly and walked back to it. “Impatient much?” she teased as she zipped it up and grabbed it. “I’m done.”

He grabbed hold of her hand and his bag and began to pull her out the door. “Let’s go—“

“I’m coming, I’m coming!” Kasey laughed as she let him lead her out. “My car or yours?”

Barry paused and bit his lip. "Crap…. we'll have to take both. Dammit. I guess I'll see you there?"

Kasey smiled at him and kissed his cheek quickly. “It’s just a few minutes, babe. I’ll see you in a bit. Love you.”

“Love you…” he answered reluctantly, tugging her close for one more kiss.

Barry waited eagerly by the front door of their new apartment, barely able to contain his excitement.

Kasey parked, grabbed her bag from the seat beside her, and jumped out of the car. She grinned as she made her way up to Barry and hugged him tightly as soon as she reached him.

“We’re almost there,” she whispered excitedly.

Barry wrapped her up in his arms and crushed her in a huge bear hug. “Almost~”

“Did you get everything from your dorm?” Kasey asked without pulling away.

“Most of it’s in here.” Barry patted the suitcase beside him. “Some is in my car. You?”

“I’ve got everything in my trunk,” Kasey explained, leaning back slightly so she could smile up at him.

“Great.” Barry grabbed hold of her free hand and pulled her towards the elevator.

Kasey laughed as she was pulled away. “I can still hardly believe this is really happening…”

"Me neither," he chuckled, hurriedly pressing the '3' button in the elevator. "Oh my god…"

“This is so awesome,” Kasey murmured, stepping into the elevator when it arrived.

He practically dragged her down the hallway to their apartment door, somehow breathless by the time they arrived. "Keys…." Barry muttered, retrieving them before inserting them into the lock and opening the door.

“Babe, you’re going to pull my arm off,” Kasey laughed as she was dragged into the apartment. Their apartment. Where they would be living. Together.

Barry let out a laugh as they entered, spinning around to take the whole place in. "Oh my god…." he breathed, "I'm moving in with the woman of my dreams.."

“And I’m living with the man who occupies my thoughts every minute,” Kasey sighed ecstatically, looking around the apartment. “Gosh, this is so perfect.”

“You’re so perfect,” he added, taking hold of her hand again and twirling her around like a dancer.

Kasey giggled slightly. “Hardly. There are a lot of imperfect things about me.”
