Willow moved her lips against Sterling’s, caught in a haze of euphoria. She moved her hands up and down in chest before settling them on his shoulders. His lips were exactly like Willow imagined them; soft and plump.

Sterling let his hands settle on her waist, gently pulling her closer. This was what he’d wanted ever since he’d seen her in the hall the other day. Now that he had it, he found he couldn’t get enough.
Willow began to run a hand through his hair, gently tugging it, trying to get a reaction out of him. Everywhere Sterling touched lit up in a way she couldn't hope to explain. Tilting her head, she deepened the kiss, wanting to get more.
Sterling groaned a bit at the feeling of her hand in his hair. Stupid hair… It was really his only weakness when it came to stuff like this.
When she deepened the kiss, he pressed harder. He nudged her mouth open slightly with his lips, hoping it would get some reaction out of her this time.
Willow gasped as Sterling pressed harder, granting him access to her mouth. She tugged his hair harder, wanting to hear the groan again. This boy before her had made her feel more alive than she had in the past few months, and she loved it.
Sterling chuckled a bit at her gasp and carefully bit down on her lip. He didn't want to scare her away, but the hair thing gave him a little more confidence in this area.
Willow groaned, and pressed herself closer to Sterling, desperate for more contact. She had never been touched like this, kissed like this, and she wanted more.
With a small smirk, Sterling pulled away, resting his forehead on hers.
“Okay… Thank you for that, but I think we should stop before one of my parents comes up,” he murmured. “But we can definitely continue this later…”
Willow pouted slightly, before smirking herself. “Well, only if we can continue this later…” she said softly, a certain tone to her voice. Biting her lip, she pressed one last kiss to Sterling’s lips and took a step back, glancing once more at his slightly swollen lips. I did that.
Sterling raised an eyebrow at her and shook his head with another soft chuckle. “Okay, sweetheart. Let me know if you need anything, all right? And don’t be afraid to raid the fridge if you get hungry.”
Willow nodded in response, suddenly shy again. A voice resembling too much like her mother popped her little bubble of happiness.
He’s acting like you two didn’t just make out. He probably regrets it, kissing a girl as dirty as you. And he’s thinking right now about how he’s going to kick you out tomorrow. I mean, look at you! Greasy hair, fat body, smelly clothes; you’re the least attractive person he’s probably dated! And he wouldn’t even spare a thought about dating you, considering how bad you’re at flirting. Kiss your Sterling goodbye!
She tried to push the thoughts down, like she did with all the others, but they still rung true in her mind. Willow’s smile dropped for a moment, but she plastered another one back on, obiously fake.
Sterling’s smile softened and he cupped her face in his hands. Gently tilting her head down a bit, he kissed her forehead.
“I’ll just be in my room, okay? If you need anything, anything at all, don’t hesitate to knock,” he offered softly.
"I will," Willow said quietly. His hands were warm, and so were his lips. I'll miss the warmth. "I think I'm gonna take a nap," she added softly.
“All right. Sleep well,” Sterling said, gifting her a small smile before he slipped out of the room and into his own.
Plopping down onto his bed, he sighed, staring up at the ceiling. What was going on with him? He could normally handle himself better than this! Maybe he shouldn’t have kissed her so soon… But… He had enjoyed it… And it seemed like she had, too.
Willow sighed and closed the door after he left, shutting it with a light tap. Climbing into the bed, she burrowed herself in the blankets and quietly screamed. Sterling Ainsley kissed me. Me! The blush had returned full force on her cheeks, and she was smiling softly. What was this boy doing to her?
Her eyelids started to droop, and only then did she realize how soft and warm this bed was, compared to the one she had at home. Soon enough, she was asleep, snoring softly.
Sterling rubbed at his lips with his thumb. This was so confusing… He really liked her, and he definitely wanted to kiss her again, but they hadn't even gone on a date. Granted, he planned to take her on one as soon as possible.
Maybe he should get to planning that… That would probably be a good idea…
Willow shifted slightly in her sleep, brow furrowed slightly. Curling up, she whimpered quietly before taking up her soft snores again. This was the best sleep she had ever gotten, by far.
Sterling sat up in bed and grabbed the notebook he kept on his nightstand. He flipped to a new page and wrote across the top: Date Ideas.
If he was going to be dating Willow, he wanted to make it good. He didn’t want to just decide to do one thing and then have her not like it, so he would casually ask her what she liked to do, and then record it in his notebook.
Willow sat up, yawning quietly and stretching. Peering at the clock, she figured that not much time had passed since she fell asleep. A power nap, just what I needed. Yawning again, she grabbed the TV remote and switched it on, playing whatever was on quietly. Willow settled into the bed more, watching what seemed like reruns of Friends.
(Do you want to do a time skip?)
(Sure! Where to?)
(Hm… We could do the next day? They could go to school together, and people could spread rumors about why they were together?)
(Sounds good to me! Do you want to start, or shall I?)
(Would you mind?)
(No problem!)
Willow shut Sterling’s car door shut, shouldering her bookbag. Earlier this morning, she ‘raided’ her house, getting her school supplies and a duffel with a few extra clothes. Thankfully her father was passed out on the couch, bottles littering the floor. The whole house stunk of alcohol, so she tried to get out of there fast as she could.
It was chilly that morning, so Willow was grateful she was wearing Sterling’s sweatshirt. Sterling’s sweatshirt. What a nice thought.
Sterling climbed out after her and locked the car. He walked over, smiling as he offered her his hand.
“You ready?” he asked softly as he looked down at her. He was sure there would be some whispers about this, but he didn’t really care. People could think what hey would, but it didn’t mean any of it was true.
Willow smiled and took Sterling’s hand, intertwining their fingers. “Ready as I’ll ever be,” she said just as softly.
She was sure there would be gossip; no, she was expecting there to be gossip. If someone is wearing a person’s sweatshirt, and that person drove them to school, she knew what teenagers would think.
“Then let’s do this,” Sterling said with a smirk as he led her into the building.
Heads turned as one of the most popular guys in the school walked inside with a girl at his side. When was the last time he’d had a steady girlfriend?
Willow shifted slightly closer to Sterling as she felt the school’s population eyes on them. She didn’t like being picked apart, but that’s what exactly would happen. Her too sensitive picked up on the whispers
Who is she?
Must be a gold digger. Everyone know’s Sterling’s rich.
That bitch! Sterling’s mine!
What is he doing with her?
Doesn’t he know there are other, better girls than her?
Sterling’s face remained impassive, and he leaned down to murmur to her softly, “If I do something, will you trust that I know what I’m doing?”
