Start by doing research into what kinds you might be interested in! There's a bunch! The most popular ones as of now are New Age, Wicca, and Hedge witchery I think. There are also a lot of ones that are specific to one sort of culture. I don't trust myself to list all of them because there are quite literally hundreds. There's Houdoo, Voodoo, Santeria, Stregheria, Stregoneria, Brujeria, all the ias, there's Green witchcraft and necromancy, sorcery and Santanism. There's just. There's a lot.

From what I can see there are Janarra (lunar) witches, Tanarra (star) witches, and Fanarra (ley lines) witches.

I give them essential oils and some pastes I make with herbs but… I don't think they help Lex very much…

I find putting lavender directly in my pillowcase helps me sleep more than stuff made from lavender.

My mom is one of those crazy oil ladies so she should know a lot about the benefits of essential oils and which brands are higher quality, I wouldn't know anything though.

Mix orange oil, lavender, and Frankincense. Smells fucking amazing and knocks you right out.

I don't know what the Stress Away oil is made of but it smells like a sugar cookie when mixed with cinnamon, doesn't really relieve stress though
