Vanessa bit her lip. ¨On it ¨ vanessa quickly pushed on the petal making her car go ten times faster.

He let out a wild whoop as the car went faster "this is going to be fun." He pulled out his bat from back and dynamite "things are going to get fired up." His eyes sparkled as he grabbed a match from the glovebox

¨Just don´t blow up my car¨ she said with a sigh.

Kate paced back to the car and called her mom. Maria Hill picked up on the first ring.
"Well? Did you get the resource packet?"
"Yes. How am I supposed to get to Arkham Asylum in time to stop a theoretical prison break?" She could practically see her mother pressing her lips tight together before answering.
"We just need you to take a shift where there is a high level of a prison break. I'll send someone to pick you up if you want."
"I can drive. I'll be there in…" She checked the time. "Ten."
"Good. Call me when you're there; Alert me of any suspicious activity."

"I won't, just getting my parents out again, nothing parilous or car damaging, I promise.” He winked again, though all humor had left his eyes. This tine, Arkham had decided not to tortue them with shock therapy, not with drugs abd halucanagetics but with one simple wall. Keeping them forever separated. A tick without a tock, an explosion without fire. Brink hated Arkham and Gotham….now more than ever.

Jay walked on his way home. Then stopped at a fast food place and walked in. Soon enough he walked out holding a cheese burger and soda then kept walking home.

Vanessa sped up the car soon enough they were at arkham

"You coming or staying?" Brink asked

¨I´ll go¨ she said ´even though your parents might kill me¨ she said.

Brink shook his head "don't think so, they might yell and protest, but not kill you, not yet at least" he smiled as he set the dynamite near a back entrance "want to do the honors, my dear?"

Jay pulled out his phone and texted brink asking him if he wanted ice cream.

¨You can do it I know how much you like to blow things up¨ she said.

Kate got in her car again and sped off to the famed prison. She arrived to see Brink and Vanessa outside the main gate.
"Mom," she said into her earpiece, "you were right. Someone is here."
"Who?" Maria demanded.
"Hey!" Kate yelled, raising her gun.

He looked down at his phone "great timing jay" he mumbled
//sure how bout in an hour?//
He set the dynamite down and backed away and looked up "damn the feds are here,"

¨Crap ¨ Vanessa said ¨Brink we have a problem¨ she said with a worried tone.

"Stand down," Kate demanded, approaching the two villains.

¨Go get your parents¨ she said as she grabbed her whip oh her hip.

Kate scowled. "Vanessa, give me the whip."

¨Nah I´m good¨ she said.

"Two hostiles," she reported through her earpiece. "Vanessa, stand down. We don't have to do this…"

Brink nodded in thanks and ran to the back of the building "come on come on come on just a few more moments"

¨I think we do¨ she said ¨come on shoot me¨ she said.

Jay looked at the response then texted back.
//what flavor exactly?"//

"Vanessa… I'm giving you one last chance…" Kate said through gritted teeth.

Vanessa readied her whip¨I´m a villlian I don´t give in¨ she said.

"Yeah? Well, I'm an Agent. My job is to make you." She fired.

Vanessa got hit in the shoulder ¨Dang you actually shot Me¨ she said as she put a hand to her shoulder.

Brink sighed as he saw another text pop up "not the best time jay….."

he lit the match and stood back watched as the fire trained up the string of ignition

Jay texted back
//cool, i'll get it soon. Meet you at the park in a hour?"//
After he responded Jay walked down the street to a park then sat on a swing and drank his soda.
