“It’s okay, Zol,” Piper sighed, and ran over to kneel by Frost and the passed out man. “I can’t do a healing spell unless I know we’re somewhere safe, like Citra said. There’s no telling what could happen if my spell is interrupted.” She put two fingers on his neck, feeling his pulse. He’s alive, but his heartbeat is slow. We need to move.

Zol decided not to use his power until it was necessary. It would only make things worse to have a confrontation.

"I will protect us as we move. The shadows will warn if anything approaches." Citra adjusted her bag, face serious as she stepped in front of Zol and the others. "Go. I've got this. They will need your strength."

He nodded. "Be safe."

"You be safe." She grinned at him, trying to lighten the mood.

(So is Citra just staying at the back of the party to guard?)

(Yep! She's deciding to be fierce today.)

Through his worry he smiled at her. "Of course."

Frost quickly got to her feet and helped the man up. "Do you know of any safe spot around here?" she asked him
The guy winced as she helped him to his feet and pointed back into the trees.
Frost nodded and beckoned to the others. "Come on!"

“Here, I’ll carry him,” Piper said, lifting him up using her water. It wouldn’t get him wet until she willed it so. “Now, lets go!”

Frost nodded letting Piper support him as she slipped her staff into her hand, "Follow me!" she said her voice a little shaky, She quickly led the way into the woods.

Zol stepped forewards to walk beside her. Ready to shield them from any danger.

Frost kept them moving quickly for 5 tense minutes, when they broke into a large clearing filled with various wolves, and humans. most were injured, others weren't. One of them, a brown and ruby streak haired girl ran forward, "Micheal!" she was freaking out, "You said you were ok to do-" her hands flew to her mouth when she saw the gaping wound on his back.

Zol stepped in front of them. "Fear not." he said, "We come to help."

Piper laid the injured man on the ground gently and kneeled beside him, placing a hand on his wounds. She began to mutter the healing spell in the Ocean's language, so ancient that even the wind didn't whisper it anymore. Her eyes turned fully blue, and another starfish appeared on her arm.

A man with pitch black hair stood, "And why should we trust you?" he asked summoning a blade made of shadows.
(Imma just note the type of wolf/element as I go here, This guy is half Nightshade wolf and a shadow elemental, the other two are half Everglade wolf and are Earth/Nature elements.)
"Because we came to help," said Frost gently.

"We are at your service." said Zol.

Piper finished the healing spell and stood up, dried blood on her hands. “He should be alright,” she said wearily, gesturing to the man on the ground.

"Micheal?" the girl stooped next to the unconscious man, wincing from her own injuries.
"Why have you come?" asked the Nightshade halfblood, coming up to frost.
"We want to help." said Frost simply, "Can you tell us what happened?"
"Simple," said the man, letting his blade evaporate as he came out into the sunlight, revealing the dark circles under his tired, bloodshot eyes, "There was a hunter attack, And they're still in the area… but we don't know when they'll come back and we have too many injured to move…."

Zol closed his eyes. "We have three options. To hide, fight, or make peace."

"Two options" said the Nightshade, "That last one has been tried, multiple times, and it has failed, every time, at the cost of millions of lives."
"He's right Zol," said Frost, "There is no peace with the hunters, They've been hunting us for millenia, And they aren't going to stop."
"I'd say we fight, but…" the nightshade shrugged, "I'm one of the few who can stand without grimacing."
"A Nightshade saying no to fight??" asked Frost. "Wow."
(feel free to add your own stuff.. If you need more info I can give it to you, but right now about the only thing that isn't changeable is elemental powers to different kids of wolves. other than that throw stuff in!!)
