Gemini grimaced, and awkwardly reached over the other signs to hug Tar. She accidentally pinned Leo against the booth with her shoulder, and reached across him to comfort Taraus. Gemini knee how wanting felt, how abandonment drove a stake through your heart.
Gemini’s symbol was the twins, and she had ‘twin’ states. She had a energetic, bright personality, but that wasn’t always Gemini. Sometimes, her personality was too much for others, and the sting of rejection left sad ness in her heart. Sometimes, when her emotions were to big, she would break down crying, wallowing in despair. She knew how far felt.
Leo felt himself get pinned on the booth by Gemini and he frowned, looking at the way Gemini hugged Taurus. Although he hated the other sign, he thought it was sweet of Gemini to offer the sign of the bull her support.
The Zodiacs… Leo didn’t believe any of them would find love, and definitely not in a human. They were too different, too hard to control. Falling in love would mean destruction because of the way they were made.
Leo rolled his eyes as Aries looked pointedly at him and the other Zodiacs most likely to be responsible for any chaotic incidents.
“This time, whatever happened, I was not involved,” he said, raising his hands in mock surrender.
Lib looked at Leo. "Isn't that what you said last time?" she laughed. She herself felt a bit out of place amongst all the zodiacs. Lib had always tried to get along well with everyone, but sometimes she didn't know how to be herself, even among the people she was most comfortable with. "Besides, Leo, it's not like it was just you last time… I mean half of us were to blame as well."
Leo nodded quickly.
“Yes, exactly!” He exclaimed. “I wasn’t the only one involved in that incident. Or the ones before that.”
Every time all of the Zodiacs met, something was bound to happen. Whether it was good or bad, something was always going to happen.
That’s why Leo preferred not to meet with them. Although they were meant to be a team, they could be vicious.
Leo hoped nothing would go wrong at the eclipse. He hoped the darkness would not rise. He wasn’t lookin forward to working with the ones he wasn’t compatible with.
Aqui stretched her neck it was starting to get really hot and cramped in this booth, and now with Gemini hugging Tar she had been pushed down into her seat. she peeped up at Lib's comment, she, like lib felt often out of place and tried to like everyone, something that made the two signs get along well. "she's right it's not entirely, your fault," she said toward Leo.
Lib laughed awkwardly. "Remember what happened when we got together last time? That was a disaster." she said. They each had unique specials and knowledge, and when brought together, they could do much. Sometimes, a little too much. There were consequences in their paths all the time. And when the sign's paths collided, they were met with big messes. But, despite it all, it still felt good to see some of the signs.
"We blew up part of Florida!" Aria said with a fond smile. Thankfully that had just created a new lake in the middle of the forest.
"No, you guys blew up part of Florida. Aqui and I accidentally burned down a national park. Thank god the earth signs regrew it in time," Gemini laughed. Sometimes, when she got emotional, her powers had more control over her then she did over them.
"Yeah," Aqui laughed. "we kept trying to put it out and then I'd sneeze and to would go everywhere."
Gemini giggled, and felt more hopeful about the eclipse. Everything seemed to be going moderately well, though they would have to leave soon it they wanted to witness the whole eclipse.
Gemini was tempted to propose leaving now, but she didn't want to ruin the mood. She sat back, leaning on Leo. His warm scent of sandalwood and honey eneveloped her, calming her nerves. She and Leo had always been close, but the last couple of times they had met, it felt different.
Stop it, Gemini. You know the signs can never fall in love. Stop teasing yourself. She thought. She would never tell Leo any of this, of course. She didn't want to ruin their bond.
Aqui saw Gemini leaning on Leo, it didn't take a mind reader to know how Gemini felt. Aqui hoped the rest of the signs hadn't figured it out yet, especially Leo. she didn't want to see her friend get hurt, but that's what love does to you, she hoped Gemini knew what she was getting herself into.
"You know whats great about being immortal? Eating tide podes and watching peoples faces become looks of horror." Aria said from her spot leaning against Scorpio, her large ram horns poking him a bit.
"that's disgusting," Aqui said. "you should look after your body since your gonna be stuck in it forever." Aqui paused then asked, "just out of curiosity hat does it taste like?"
Scorpio rolled his eyes from over his started plate of mini muffins. He continued on with the hungry devouring of his food, scarfing it down like he’s never eaten before. The best part about being immortal, he thought, was they could not gain weight or any bodily negativity from eating so much. Which he ate. A lot.
Aqui looked at Scorpio he was one of the signs she was uncompatible with but she tried to get along with him, plus she hadn't eaten almost anything today but coffee. "hey Scorpio do you think I could have one of your muffins?"
Scorpio glanced up, then shook his head, pulling his plates closer. “Mmmno! Gef youhr own!” He said through a mouthful. Why was everyone insisting on taking his food?
Aqui quickly snatched one from his plate and stuck it in her mouth before he could protest, "thanks it's sweet of you, I'm famished."
"It tastes like soap, which is kinda gross. But it's worth it for the looks on their faces." Aria said with a wicked smirk.
Aqui silently laughed smiling a little, "yeah I bet they freak and call poison control."
Scorpio snarled up at her like an angry dog, his gray eyes slitted. “Hands off!”
Gemini grimaced, sensing a fight. She snuggled farther into Leo, then realising it might be unwelcome, she pulled away slightly.
"Scorpio! Chill!" Lib said before things could get out of hand. "Besides, I'm not gonna eat this so here." she said handing over a scone she had gotten earlier.
“No!” Scorpio batted the scone out of Lib’s hand. “I want my muffin back!” He glared back at Aqui, bristling cat-like.
"it's already gone," Aqui said innocently through a mouth of muffin.
"Stop moving, I'm going to end up pocking your eye out." Aria scolds him with a smile on her face as she reajusts her heads postion.
"Scorpio… look I'll get you another muffin." she offered. Lib really couldn't stand fighting among her friends. Although she didn't like some of them, she always attempted to get along.
(Has @Chogiwae been active recently? I need to shipppppp)
"if you really want the muffin i'll give it back to you," Aqui said still chewing the muffin.
Scorpio snarled at her. “If you give it back to me in the way I think you will, you’ll get a broken nose in return! Go get me another! Now!”
"i think they're out of the banana chocolate chip ones," she said swallowing.
