"Bring it pretty boy." She challenged with a giggle.

"Hm… Challenge accepted… For tomorrow," Sterling teased, relaxing into the bed. "For now, I'm tired, so I'm going to sleep."

"I have blankets, it's not just the comforter." She chuckled, slipping under her fluffy sheets, relaxing into the pillows.

Syerling blinked his eyes open a bit and glanced at her before following suit. He wrapped his arms around her again, pulling her right up against him as he closed his eyes again. "G'night…"

"Night…" She paused for a moment. "I love you…"

"Love you, too," Sterling murmured as he passed into a deep sleep.

Steeling rolled over and blinked his eyes awake, looking around the unfamiliar room. Where was he again?

The previous night came crashing back to him, and he grinned widely. He was at Cassandra's place. Right.

The owner of said place was still asleep, curled up on her side, facing away from him.

Sterling rolled back so that he was facing her, smiling softly when he saw her still asleep. He pressed a feather light kiss to her shoulder.

She stirred slightly, curling up tighter. She just wanted to sleep the day away.

And Sterling would let her. But his stomach was growling, so he needed to go get food.

Tossing his legs over the side of the bed, he shivered as the cold air hit his bare skin. Where had his pants ended up? He needed those at least…

She pulled the blankets up over her shoulder unconsciously. She was cold and sleepy.

Sterling glanced over at the rustling of sheets and chuckled a bit. Turning his attention back to the floor, he found his pants and pulled them on before making his way to the kitchen as silently as possible.

The cats were curled up on the loveseat, asleep just like their owner.

"Why am I the only one awake around here? I feel like this is Sleeping Beauty, and everyone got put under the curse but me," Sterling mused to himself as he looked around the kitchen for food.

"That's what you think." A sleepy voice countered from the doorway.

Sterling spun around at the sudden voice, raising an eyebrow. "I thought you were sleeping. Good morning, Princess."

She had wrapped a robe around her but that was about it. She smiled a little. "Morning Prince Charming."

"I have two questions for you. One: How are you feeling?" Sterling asked gently as he crossed the room and wrapped his arms around her. "And two: What do you have for breakfast?"

"One: Like I can barely walk. I blame you for that." She chuckled. "Two: Usually I head out for breakfast. There's an adorable little coffee shop down the street that makes some bomb ass bagels so that's where I usually go in the morning."

Sterling chuckled with her. "I take full blame for that and I'm totally not ashamed at all. Do you want to get dressed and head there, then?"

"Yeah, yeah, I'm going." She smiled, turning back into her room to change.

Sterling shook his head, amused, and grabbed his things from by the door. He pulled out a pair of jeans and a T-shirt, then headed to the bathroom to change.

It was her room, she didn't care if he saw. Not like he hadn't seen it last night.

Yeah, well… Sterling still went to the bathroom. He needed to brush his teeth, anyway.

She'd already brushed her teeth when she'd gotten up. So she took the time to brush her hair while he was changing.

As soon as Sterling was finished in the bathroom, he walked into Cassie’s room and plopped down in the bed. “Are we walking to the cafe?”

She readjusted her beanie and smiled. "Yeah. It's just up the street, not like we need to drive."

“Are you ready to go, then?” Sterling wondered, looking at her with a soft smile.
