Macha blushed. “I—um—we— yeah.”

"I'm sorry, I haven't bought a ring." he grinned, "And you're too young."

Her blush deepened. “I— I— we’re not getting married!”, she stuttered.

"What a shame. I already picked out my suit."

Macha’s heart skipped a beat. “P-Pardon??” He had to be joking.

"It's okay darling, I'm not proposing." Ace drawled, "But I mean…"

“But what?”

After a minute the doors slid open to the Citadel, arriving in the (unless you wanna go someplace else) Med wing.

(No that's fine) Dani stepped out of the elevator and sighed. "Okay. We should probably find Ace now."

"Yeah, he should be feeling better since when we last saw him." Zander replied.
(sorry for the late(and short) reply, my cat demanded attention, and layed on my keyboard until I gave it)

"Unless he did something stupid again."

"Nah, even he wouldn't do something stupid when he was that hurt, right?" Zander asked.

"I would. And Ace is worse at controlling impulse than I am."

"But-" Zander started to raise an objection, but then realized she was right." Yeah, no you got me there."

Dani bit her lip, trying not to laugh.

Zander sighed." Let's just hope he's not in two pieces then."

Frankie heard footsteps down the hall and thanked god for the distraction. She walked casually over to them. "Zander and Dani right? Ace is that way." She pointed down the hall. "He's not doing too well."

Dani rolled her eyes. "Of course not. Thanks Frankie. Come on Josh and Zander."

Frankie was so focused on Zander and Dani that she hadn't noticed the boy behind them. "Hi. I'm Frankie." She said waving with as much energy as she had in her. Which wasn't much.
