Alison nodded slowly. βI would definitely like that, butβ¦ Would it be okay with Neo?β she wondered softly.
Alison nodded slowly. βI would definitely like that, butβ¦ Would it be okay with Neo?β she wondered softly.
M exhaled sharply through his nose. βIt doesnβt matter what is and what isnβt okay with Neo. I am my own boss in the Palace.β
βOkayβ¦ Then Iβll be glad to spend more time with you,β Alison said with a small grin.
M relaxed into the seat again and nodded. βI am too. Very glad.β
βYou know what we should do when we get home? Sit in bed and watch a movie while we cuddle,β Alison suggested wistfully.
Julie smiled up at him. "Stop being such a baby." She laughed as she wrapped her arms around him, snuggling close.
M hummed softly, shutting his eyes as he imagined it. βThat would be wonderful.β
Zackary crooned softly as he wrapped the sheets around her. He snuggled into her hair, curling their legs together.
βWe could make popcorn and just lay around for the rest of the day,β Alison mused, smiling at the thought. βThat sounds niceβ¦β
M gently rubbed the back of her hand, smiling a little. βIt does. Weβll have to pick them up, though.β
βOh, do we not have popcorn? Huh. I thought we did,β Alison wondered. βOkay, then, we can pick it up on our way home.β
M blinked in thought. βWe do? We should pick some up anyway.β
Alison nodded. βThatβs a good idea. We might run out soon, anyway, so getting more would be good.β
M nodded. βWhat else should we get? Certainly we need more food.β
Alison hummed in thought, looking out the window. βI think we need beef and chickenβ¦ And pasta. It might be good to get some milk, too. As well as some vegetables.β
Graci laughed softly and unpocketed some money, setting it down on the table under her drink for whomever found it.
βI do not like to think of it like thaaatβ¦ but hey, itβs fun. I am going up to my apartment. You are free to join meβ¦β
Jericho's brows raised a bit in shock. He wanted to. He really wanted to follow her and bed her with vigor all night. Or rather be bedded by her all night. But something still nagged in the back of his mind, teasing his consciousness like a chilled finger down his spine. She was a powerful confident woman like no other. Exactly what he'd been looking for. "Allow me to take you out on a proper date, my lady Graci. I'm not going to let you slip through my fingers or be left with only one night to remember you by when you vanish forever." He smiled warmly, gently kissing the knuckles of her hand.
Graci set a chin on her other hand, laughing softly. βMmmm I think we will have one more night together.β She gently took his chin in her hand with a wrist roll. βI want to have fun tonight. You intrigue me.β
Jericho couldn't miss the fact that her grip was a little, make that a lot stronger than what should have been for their people. Again, he wondered idly who exactly sat before him. "As you do for me, my lady." He said softly.
Graciβs eyes gleamed in the half-light of the bar. She seemed to be very happy about something.
βThen what is stopping you? Give me a night, or perhaps your life at my side.β
Jericho's smile faltered. "My life at your side." He repeated to her, raising a brow. "Seems a littleβ¦overly committed for having just met." He tried to tug his face away from her, but found that her grip was certainly stronger than he had originally thought. He debated if refusing her was a smart idea. If she was indeed the goddess then he might be without a head very soon. He had strict rules that he stuck to though, morals. Not even a goddess could sway him from that. Could she?
Alison hummed in thought, looking out the window. βI think we need beef and chickenβ¦ And pasta. It might be good to get some milk, too. As well as some vegetables.β
(Hecc Autumn sorry. Iβll post my response in a separate thing.)
Graci let his face go the moment he doubted her dedication. She set her large hands over the empty glass, waving a finger and refilling it with blood-red wine.
βWould you rather just one night?β She asked sharply, her eyes narrowing slightly.
(Lol. Okay, thanks.)

Jericho quirked a brow. "These are my only options? Life or a single night?" He was more curious than upset. Wondering why there was such an odd specification.
Graci picked up the cup and sipped the wine inside delicately. βItβs the options I gave you. For a fine reason.β She hated heartbreak. Sheβs seen it in so many poor souls down in Eryw (this Universeβs Hell), it was quite disappointing.
Jericho stared at her. Opened his mouth to say something, and closed it again. He continued staring, unsure of what to say. Finally on a whim, "I wouldn't hurt youβ¦"
Graciβs eyes flashed and she set her cup down surprisingly gentle on the table.
βI have heard people say that. But they have lied.β
"Lying is for the weak immoral man. I am neither." Jericho murmured, smile vanished from his face. He was as serious as he could be, something telling him not to let her go.
βItβs either that or you are lying right now.β She leered at him. βBut I can see the genuinity in your eyes.β
Alison hummed in thought, looking out the window. βI think we need beef and chickenβ¦ And pasta. It might be good to get some milk, too. As well as some vegetables.β
