Alright so I'm the happiest I've felt in forever and that's because my best friend, and the girl I've been secretly head over heels for for the past year and a half, just told me she loved me last night and so naturally I started sobbing, which you know probably didn't help her nerves very much but yeah I love her too and now that's a whole thing and aaaaaaaaaaaa I feel way too giddy about this.

Yeah! And she is a good friend, she's the only person I trust with a lot of stuff in my life and vice versa, so the fact that we've had one another to stick it to the world with since kindergarten has probably been the saving grace of both of us. And I treasure her more than anything or anyone else I've ever shared life with, she's my favorite person in the whole wide world no matter how much that phrase makes me sound like a dog who can talk.

There's a quote from Anne Frank's diary that I related to while reading it a long time ago (it's a very long story as to why), but it stuck with me and went something like, "You never truly know someone until you've been stuck with them so long that you've had a huge row." And so I don't know if you don't want to be with him anymore because of the fighting itself, because you've been cooped up together, or because if the arguing and being cooped lead you to learn something about him you didn't like, but either way it's understandable and you should follow your intuition.
