“That’s good,” Kasey murmured, turning to kiss him quickly. “What should we do after breakfast?”
“That’s good,” Kasey murmured, turning to kiss him quickly. “What should we do after breakfast?”
(Uh.. idk tbh
Sorry I’m not good at camping)
(Hiking, swimming, exploring… Idk, take your pic. Lol.)
(Wait but wasn’t her question what they should eat for breakfast?)
(Oh, I meant to write “after” not “for”… Shoot…)
(oh lol, np, sorry)
"Hm,…" Barry tugged his girlfriend closer to his body. "Fishing? Or a hike?"
Kasey hummed and took his hands in hers, enjoying the cuddling. “A hike sounds fun. Maybe we could fish later, though. Fish are usually out more during dawn or dusk.”
"Yeah," he murmured, curling his body around hers like a protective shell.
Kasey sighed contentedly, smiling with still-closed eyes. "You know… I don't think we've ever done this. Just laid around and snuggled like this… It's nice. And we don't have to worry about any roommates showing up unexpectedly."
(wait, didn't they move in together?)
(Not yet, I thought… Wasn't he going to ask that after the trip?)
(oh wait yeah I'm so stupid
sorry)
"Yeah," he agreed quietly, nosing past a lock of hair to press a loving kiss to the spot below her jaw. "We should do this more often."
(You're not stupid. It's easy to forget things. Don't worry about it.)
"Mmhm…" Kasey hummed her agreement, biting her lip. She turned her head to face him with a small smile. "I love you, babe."
(thanks, and sorry)
"I love you too," he told her truthfully, carefully turning her over onto her opposite side so that they were nose-to-nose.
(It's fine, really. :)
Kasey grinned and nudged her nose up against his. "Hey…"
(thanks)
"Hey, yourself," he teased lightly, pressing a kiss to the tip of her nose.
Kasey giggled a bit and wrapped her arms around Barry. "So… Hiking after breakfast, then. I suppose we should probably bring a lunch."
"Yeah. Be prepared, the bears are mere children when it comes to besting me in an eating competition," he joked, eyes glimmering.
“Mm, I’m sure,” Kasey chuckled. “But we should reallybonly bring as much food as we’ll need. That way we should be able to last the whole week.”
"I know Kase," he chuckled, bumping his nose up against hers. "I'm not a total moron."
“I never said you were a moron, babe. You are far from it,” Kasey declared with a kiss to his nose.
"Mm, debatable," he joked, nuzzling her back.
Kasey rolled her eyes and kissed him gently. “You’re not a moron. And I refuse to ever believe you are.”
"Glad to know that you have faith in me," Barry answered with a lopsided grin. "Thanks, sweetheart."
Kasey snorted and moved to sit up. “All right. I’m hungry. Breakfast. We have eggs, right?”
"Yeah. Scrambled?" He stretched, moving towards their stuff and grabbing a Ziploc bag.
"Mm… Yeah, scrambled would be good. I can make them, though, if you get the fire started," Kasey said as she watched him moving around.
(Confession time: I have no idea what to do or how to do it)
(Lol. Um… Should we skip to their hike? They could find a lake and go swimming after a while…)
(sorry, I have 0 camping experience
yeah sure, sounds good
ooh, flustered Kasey at shirtless Barry and sort-of vice versa cos Kasey wouldn't be completely shirtless XD)
